Walk to Shands, UF, VA Hospital, and Veterinary School. You will be comfortable in this bright and cheerful 1 bedroom condo (2nd floor). Minutes from downtown Gainesville and the beautiful Depot park along with the beautiful Hawthorne Trail. Access to common area Pool.

***The bedroom has a queen bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 4 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress.****

The rental is for the entire condo. The complex does not allow dogs. All service dogs must be pre- approved by the HOA prior to your stay.

We have 24 hour maintenance staff for emergency maintenance.

The location is perfect for patients, travel nurses, and anyone else visiting Gainesville.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you`re covered just in case.
If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.
