An amazing value in Gainesville! Almost completely renovated with all new appliances and LOTS of personality! Very close to Archer Road with all amenities you could want including close proximity to Whole Foods, Panera, Publix and lots of restaurants! About 2.5 miles away from campus, easy drive or uber. Very quiet neighborhood. There is also a lovely outdoor patio and fenced-in backyard for your enjoyment. PeApprox. 30 minutes from Ginnie Spring and all its beauty!
Floor plan is 2 bed/2 bed opposite each other separated by an awesome living space! Also has fully fenced backyard for enjoyment.

Very close proximity to Archer Road and all its amenities!
Pet-friendly for an additional cleaning fee of $45!

Nice place to stay with pets

I stayed here with my two pups while I moved my daughter in for the summer to her new apartment. Centrally located, cute backyard, very nice decor, and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Auburn vs UF Game

We drove up from Tampa to watch the Auburn vs UF game with our 2 children. Kate was an excellent host! She provided all the necessary check-in information and asked if we had any additional questions. Her communication was superb, Kate continued to check-in and asked if we needed anything. The home was very cozy, clean and had everything you and your family might need. Location to campus and Archer Rd was very convenient. Overall, it served as a great spot to attend a sporting event. Thanks, Kate!

Great weekend get away

Loved the place. Our fur babies enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We definitely will be renting again. Thank you Kate.

Extremely nice Duplex!

This place was great! The main complaint is that it was duplex and we searched for single family homes so that was disappointing since we were traveling with dogs and were trying to avoid this kind of place. The duplex was remodeled well and the location was close to everything.

My previous degree in finance took a big detour and I left it to pursue a Master's degree at UF in interior architecture! It is my pleasure to be an excellent host and my aim is for my guests to be more than happy with their stay. Repeat guests and great reviews are the ultimate compliment and I'm always doing things to improve my listings.

My life motto is: The power of positivity. I prefer to look at temporary "problems" as possibilities. I also have a 12 year old pitbull/lab mix who is a kind-hearted snuggler and an avid lover! It is my pleasure to welcome your pets with you, as I love bringing mine along when I travel too!
