High-end, well-appointed home, with amazing views from every room! This unit has been completely remodeled and is luxuriously furnished with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and all amenities. Great front deck and back patio. Hardwoods throughout, chef's kitchen, and off-street parking. New JETTED TUB, new furnace and AC, new front deck. Very peaceful and quiet.

Perfect for a couple - the "kids" rooms can be used as office spaces.

45 minutes to Eldora Ski Resort, 90 minutes to Copper and Winter Park, and 2 hours to Vail.

On the bus line to Pearl St, CU, Chautauqua and the Airport Bus.

Easy walk to Kings Soopers, coffee shop, restaurants Whole Foods, Abo's pizza, Ice cream, and library.
