Location was modern, clean and spacious and neighborhood was quiet. More seating in the main living room would be nice. The location was located centrally to everything we wanted to see while in Colorado Springs. Only minor issue was having to contact host for check-in/out procedures, but the host was very responsive.

Home for the weekend!

This property is well maintained, nicely remodeled and very clean! It has a nice open concept. Will stay again next time we’re in the Springs!

Academy Reunion

This location was absolutely perfect. The owner was very helpful. We enjoyed the house, kitchen well stocked and parking easy. Having both upper and lower bedrooms was great to have friends stay with us.

Excellent experience

We had a fantastic experience here. The host was very responsive when we had to contact her to make her aware of something. The price was reasonable. The house was great for what we need. We had 3 teens and 4 adults. One of our teens slept on the sofa, but was very comfortable. The house was close to food and shopping stores. Best of all, for us, it was close to our family who lives in CO. We had enough space, and we were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

The house is nicely renovated inside and well appointed. Beds are comfy. There are only window units for AC and not one in the kids room so it was hot in that room. It should be stated in the listing that this is a split level home with 3 staircases in case stairs are an issue for anyone (like our special needs daughter). I was frustrated with lack of checkin info from the host - we didn’t receive instructions or house access by check-in time. I tried to reach the host through message and phone call without success. I had to contact VRBO to reach her and get the info for us.
