The Pineapple Door “PINK DOOR” townhouse is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. Whether you are looking for a relaxing couples retreat, a family vacation, friends getaway weekend, or a home away from home, this is a perfect place for you! We are a five minute walk to the most beautiful beaches. Publix supermarket is 5 minute drive to load up for the fully stocked kitchen. Plus tons of restaurants surrounding the area (a couple walkable too!)
The bedrooms are located on the second level. Bedroom 1 has 1 King Bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen & 1 single rollaway. (The storing of the rollaway in the closet) The queen bedroom has views of the sunset. The first floor features a light-filled open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and third bathroom. The second rollaway is located on the first floor( in the closet under the stairs) Along with the queen Air Mattress for 2. All new luxury mattresses in every room. The fully fenced backyard provides outdoor space for relaxing and BBQing. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and all necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware, coffee machine and cookware. The Pink House has 3 TV’s, as well as internet connection with free WiFi access. We also have some games in case you need a break from electronics. And if you just want to get lost with a book, then we have some of those as well. All rooms have their own ceiling fans. Free Parking in front of the homes (The Driveway has room for 2 cars.) There is also a Paid parking lot directly beside the homes with plenty of room for more vehicles or boat trailers.
The house was inspired by my dad. He used to be a local beach boy with Ed's beach service & I wanted to capture the vibe of old school Panama City Beach.

The entire home is available to you, so please make yourself at home. (We do have one locked storage closet for our cleaning supplies that the guest won't have access to.)

There is a door keypad for convenient check in and out. We are here for you should you have any questions, concerns or requests during your stay. We are just a text or phone call away.
Please keep in mind that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. So if a problem arises, we will act as quickly as possible, but there is no repair/maintenance/cleaning crew available 24/7.

The townhouse is steps from the beach to sink your toes in the sand and relax. Feeling a little more energetic? A local store Shipwreck Ltd offers bike, paddleboard, and surfboard rentals. Which is perfect to explore everything that PCB has to offer! We will also have a complete list of all of our favorite Panama City Beach restaurants, shops, and activities at your disposal!
