Weekend get away

Property was just as pictures described. Bedroom with twin beds was very hot. Home was very clean and comfortable. Second year in a row renting this home. Recommend renting for cost friendly families.

Nice rental. Everything as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. We had 2 children and the included items (furniture, toys, etc) were definitely a plus. Nice quiet location as well as being convenient to surrounding attractions. Pleasure to work with owners.....very responsive and accommodating.

Great Stay at Wonderful Property

We stayed for the entire month of Feb 2023 and we so sad to leave.. EVERYTHING was great!!!! and our communications with the owner were helpful and considerate. We are planning on staying here next year.

Affordable Luxury

After reading all the excellent reviews and high ratings on this property,I booked it immediately. No regrets at all,absolutely everything mentioned is correct in both the reviews and descriptions. Perfect space & location

This was a perfect place for our family & perfect location. The amount of beds was perfect that everyone had their own beds to sleep on. We made some great memories and the best part is that the owner definitely has made this home feel comfortable for families in mind. Great stay in a great location

The property was clean, as described and in a great location. We traveled as a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 teens and there was amble space. I would stay here again. One small note, The information sent to us prior to staying indicated there was be more than one tablet for laundry and there was only one. Other than that it was great.

Plenty of room, Quiet community, all the amenities were great. We'll be back. May even return with my girl scouts. Just an fyi, water park access still requires a fee to enter water park. Someone who's never stayed at Reunion may not know this. Thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. So happy you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the waterpark and golf are private for members of Reunion club. As a member, I am happy to offer access through houseguest passes. Many rentals charge for these as we are only given a certain allotment a year. I do not charge and the only charge you incur is a small fee paid directly to Reunion. For the waterpark it is $18 per adult and $12 per child and for golf you pay the houseguest rates. Hope that explains it better.

Perfect location- steal of a deal

We’ve stayed in the area four years in a row for spring break- this is one of the best locations possible. Close to everything you’d want to do in the Kississimmee area. Close to parks, close to major interstates, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Pool for the neighborhood is a bonus! As experienced travelers to the area- we would highly recommend. The home itself is fantastic for a family of 3-5 or even 6. Had everything we needed and with a grocery store within a mile or so- it was perfect. Super clean- easy to unwind after a day. The neighborhood is quiet and private and SAFE.

A few small issues

Good: . Location is geographically close to Disney parks and the 192 . Comfortable accommodation that can sleep 8 (master bed is huge). Close to facilities and well equipped. . Gated community feels safe . Private driveway with off road parking . Shops and restaurants close by (car needed) :Not so good . The entrance and egress to carriage point is via Old lake Wilson road which is VERY busy day and night, you will get stuck in traffic. What should be an easy drive to and from Disney often won’t be, with journey times doubling. Be prepared to be stuck in traffic. . The property does feel isolated from Reunion, with there being no direct access from carriage point to the main Reunion resort. . The interior of the property does need a little TLC, by way of example the main couch is very uncomfortable. This is because the springs have clearly gone and rather than replace the couch a large piece of wood has been inserted under the cushions. The whole couch needs replacing. . The shower head needs cleaning or replacing as it is black with mold. . The property advertised hair dryers in each bedroom, this isn’t the case there was only one in the entire property . The house is very dark with not much natural light. . The swimming pool is not less than a minutes walk as advertised, more like 5 minutes (it is also overlooks the very busy road mentioned earlier. It isn’t a peaceful pool). . Road noise is an issue you can hear it all night . Curtains showing their age

Great location for everything Orlando and beyond

This place was awesome for our family of four. We were able to use the amenities on site, plenty of boardgames for our two boys, lots of space really made for a nice week away from home. Great location, makes everything in Orlando within a reasonable driving distance!

Great place with great owners

We stayed in this place for three months Jan-March and it was the perfect place to work and play. Great internet, nice place and Reunion is a great place to have so many things to do.

Homey and Clean

Staying in this condo was great. The hosts were very clear with directions and helpful when we had small issues. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Everything was very comfortable and the parks and shops were easily accessible. There is a shuttle to Disney TTC, but you have to book it in advance. I was only able to get reservations for one day, but it was very nice and the driver was super friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice too. If I come to Disney again, I will definitely try to get this property.

Enjoyed our stay

Family Vacation 2021

We had a great time. The townhouse and property was just as described. We spent lots of time at the pool near the home and most of the time our family was the only ones there. The house is very cozy and relaxing. The water park was fun and the little ones really enjoyed the splash area. It was close enough we could enjoy a few of the fun things to do in the area, there's just not enough time to do it all. I'd definitely love to come back.

My husband and I are professionals who live in the New York area and enjoy coming to Orlando with our 4 kids. We have been coming to this area for years and wanted to invest in a more permanent location for our family vacations. We fell in love with this home and all that Reunion has to offer and consider it a great location when visiting all the attractions in Orlando. We enjoy our time away from work and cant think of a better place to be! Whether we are golfing, playing tennis, enjoying the pools and waterpark with our kids, or stepping out for a romantic dinner we are never bored. We can visit the parks and enjoy all that Reunion has to offer within the comforts of home!
