Cute newer home in NW Twin, close to hospital, university, large park with playground and fields, shopping, and the canyon, available for monthly / medium term rental. Fully furnished. Two bedrooms plus an office with optional folding bed. Walk-in closet and walk-in shower in the master, which is on opposite side of home of the other bedroom and office, which share a full bathroom with tub/shower. Spacious great room with vault and spacious entry. Additional mudroom area in garage. Utilities (including high speed internet) and yard care included. Very quiet neighborhood, yet super convenient to the places you need to go! Stay can be longer than visible dates, just inquire.

I love this neighborhood due to close proximity to hospital, university, park, shops, and the canyon, and I love that the neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors.

The vaulted great room that overlooks the back yard is a delightful space. The fact that the master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other bedroom and office are on the other side works well for multiple adults living together, such as traveling medical professionals or corporate colleagues. The home currently features an office with loveseat in the third bedroom, for those who work from home or would like a quiet space to study or relax.
