The owner spared no expense in creating a comfortable, modern-yet warm, environment that reflects the Scottsdale, Arizona lifestyle. Such a great location with super easy access to the Highway 101. You won't be disappointed in this perfect rental.

Phoenix spring training

The condo was in a perfect spot to get to attractions, restaurants and baseball. The condo was lovely and just what the pictures had on line. Best of all is the wonderful property manager who was quick to respond whenever we had a question and also when we needed a repair. We had a great time staying at this VRBO

In response to this review, We have consistently had ratings of 5.0 for our properties and while this was an unfortunate situation it was not one that we were responsible or could control as it was controlled by the HOA. The HOA needed to make a necessary fire sprinkler repair for the complex, not just to our property. We were made aware by the HOA on Friday that there would be a potential 3-hour water shutoff on the following Monday for those repairs. Once we received the notice, we notified the guest via the VRBO app within 30 minutes of receiving notice from the HOA. We did not receive communication from our guest that this was potentially going to be issue until Sunday, 2 days later and 1 day before the repair. The guest was unhappy about this situation caused by the HOA’s needed water repairs and asked for a refund for that day. While this was an unfortunate situation, one out of our control, we promptly issued a refund for the day where water was not available for the few hours.
