This duplex style bungalow has resort-like amenities with a shared backyard space including a heated saltwater pool, spa and gas grill.

This duplex style resort property with a private entrance comes with one parking space with easy access to everything.
✦ Located minutes from the beach and across the street from the Grassy Point Preserve, an ecological park with a nature trail and boardwalk perfect for morning walks.
✦ The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need – Featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and all the essential cookware and utensils.

✦ Resort-Style Amenities - Guests have access to a heated, shared pool, complete with a poolside grill and comfortable patio furniture – a great way to cool off or gather for a laid-back meal.

✦ Close to the free trolley stop which is only one block away running north and south on AMI, shops and restaurants.
Welcome book with wifi and local information will be in the rental
For your convenience, the home includes a beach wagon with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and all bath towels, beach towels, and linens—everything ready for a relaxing stay!

Please note a starter set of toiletries and supplies are left for your arrival. The complimentary starter set includes:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, one paper towel roll, two garbage bags, small dish soap and two pods for the dishwasher. With a Publix grocery store located nearby for anything else desired.

Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise

The property is a short walk to the beach. It has a nice poll and hot tub that is shared with the front unit. Property was clean with access to cooking and laundry in place.

We absolutely had a wonderful time. The house is updated and perfect for our small family of 3 and our dog. It took us 3 min to walk to the beach and all of our needs were a quick drive away. The house was very clean, pool was cute and we loved having a washer and dryer. We can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful place

This place was really clean and modern. Very comfortable for 2 of us. It was a very short walk to the beach and the pool area was great! We like to make breakfast in the morning and snacks in the afternoon, so I did wish the kitchen was stocked a little better. It had just the very basics. But overall it was perfect! We would stay here again!
