The house: uncluttered, bright and clean 2 BR, 1 BA house all on one level. Completely renovated! Perfect combination of 1950's charm and modern open concept. Updated kitchen with quartz countertops and custom cabinets. Comfy living room includes smart TV and Tornado foosball table. Bedroom 1 has queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Large covered side porch perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, yoga or just hanging out. Central heat and air-conditioning. Off-street parking for 3 cars.

House is located in a small neighborhood just off of the main downtown drag. Is it good location is close to restaurants, gas stations taverns and also to New River Gorge State Park and all the fun that it has to offer. House was clean. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Would stay here again if we come back to this area.

If you had communicated with us that there was a problem with the door knob, we would’ve fixed it immediately. But this does not surprise me as we had no communication from you at all throughout the entire process. 3-stars for a sticky door is unwarranted when you say good things about everything else. I messaged you directly to see if there was something else that was wrong so that we could address it, but still no response from you.

Fun Spring Break!

The house was just as described! We enjoyed the foosball table. The house was centrally located to all that we did. Our favorite thing was touring the National Park, hiking and the Bridge Walk.

Great Choice Near New River Gorge

My wife and I stayed here with our young kids for a few nights to visit New River Gorge National Park. It's a great house with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, and just a few minutes from the New River Gorge Bridge and Visitor's Center. The owner, Kristen was very helpful with suggestions for places to visit and things to do. Very responsive to questions and ensuring the entire stay was comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend the house for anyone looking to spend some time near New River Gorge.

Perfect "home base" for a visit to New River Gorge Nat'l Park

I just wish we could've stayed longer. We didn't get to relax much because this was a brief trip. I'd return again and stay longer. CLEAN! Spotless! Good communication prior to and during the visit. Some nice "welcome treats" and an info book that was helpful.

Perfect Location

House was comfy and clean! Perfect Location near downtown Fayetteville restaurants and shops and parks. Easily walkable from the house to several locations. We had no issues with the house. Everything met the expectations set by the listing.
