Master Bath: walk-in glass shower. Rain head system.
2nd bedroom: full/twin bunk with storage drawers and dresser. TV mounted on wall.
Galley kitchen: stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay: microwave, fridge, stove and garbage disposal (no dishwasher). Cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tupperware, grilling utensils and more.
Cozy living room: queen pull out couch, large TV, DVD player, electric fireplace, games. Adorable eating nook with ocean views from all windows. 2 beach chairs and umbrella there for your use.
Outside grills and corn hole on the complex grounds for your enjoyment.
Windy Hill beach is perfect for walking or seashell searching, riding waves or reading a book.
Just a quick walk up to Barefoot Landing and Route 17 where you will find food, shopping, concerts on the green and fireworks.
If you’re looking to be adventurous there is parasailing, jet skiing and banana boats rides right from the beach!

There are no motorcycles or RVs allowed in the parking lot.
Please do not hang items off balcony railing, we have a drying rack you can use or coin dryer down the hall. Absolutely no smoking or vaping.
Please leave the parking pass on kitchen counter upon departure.

Hi we are from Massachusetts and decided to invest in our future by purchasing this adorable condo in NMB. We are FT working parents of 3 children with the plan to move to SC one they have all moved out. We cannot get down to the beach often with our hectic schedules so we decided to share it with others! It’s our home away from home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We searched high and low and found this spot. We chose it because it is on the ocean with great parking and a great walking beach. It’s so close to all the restaurants and Barefoot Landing. But still in a quieter neighborhood than other properties.

What makes this property unique

The location is key. The views are amazing. The elevator access and parking is essential. The unit itself is updated and a great layout.
