Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for choosing this condo for your family reunion year after year! We’re glad to hear the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and unique location continue to work well for your group. The back area with artificial turf and the gate to the road is definitely a guest favorite. We did want to mention that, due to city fire codes, individual properties are not allowed to have grills—so we kindly ask that guests do not bring their own. The complex does provide shared grills for everyone to use, and we recommend bringing something to clean the grates before cooking. We also appreciate you pointing out the layout and stair access — those tips are helpful for future guests, especially regarding the bunk room and easy beach access with golf carts. Your note about the musty smell and sand is being passed along to our team so we can address it. We’re so glad this property continues to be a good fit for your large group, and we look forward to hosting your family again!

Thank you for your kind words and recognition! We are happy to hear you had a wonderful stay. We found you to be the perfect guests and are happy to help you find the perfect rental for your next vacation. Thank you for choosing Padre Escapes; see you again soon!
