Across the street from the Encinitas Coastal Rail Trail on San Elijo Ave. Walk to Seaside Market, restaurants, hiking trails, and Encinitas community park. Charming, immaculate home in a modern style. The home has beautiful views of the ocean from Swami's to the north, San Elijo state beach in front to La Jolla to the south. The home has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to maximize views and to catch the ocean breeze. It is furnished with new furniture and a newly landscaped yard. The space is an amazing gathering place for families. Good space for cooking meals and entertaining. The outdoor yard is amazing as well with beautiful views of the ocean. the Encinitas Coastal Rail Trail on Vulcan Ave. All new appliances, water filtration system, air conditioning, and two-car garage. There are four bedrooms and each has a en suite full bathroom.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Place all used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Wash and put away dishes. Wipe down countertops surfaces. Set thermostat to 72°F in summer / 65°F in winter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take the trash bins out to the street each week while you are renting our home.
You are required to keep our home and furniture clean at all times. This means no dirty feet in the home or on the furniture.
You will be required to pay for any damage or excess cleaning needed to restore our home to its pre-rental condition beyond the security deposit.
