This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds. It’s a newly developed area with modern houses, ensuring a peaceful and quality living environment. The friendly neighbors create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, its proximity to groceries stores, restaurants, and easy access to highway 70 and I-25 make it a convenient and comfortable place. NMSU and the main hospitals are 10 to 12 minutes away.

The property stands out for several unique features. Firstly, its prime location combines convenience with the charm of a brand-new home. All the furniture and décor has been carefully selected from a local Rustic furniture store, adding a touch of character. On one side, wilderness beckons for hikes.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of amenities. Step outside, and you'll discover a lovely patio with green turf, a grill, dining table and Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of the Organ Mountains.

The house boasts three bedrooms, with the master bedroom offering both a tub and a shower, complete with a bidet in the master bathroom and a walk-in closet. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer, along with a spacious two-car garage. We believe these features make our property a unique and comfortable place for your stay
