About this space
Built in 2023, this uniquely designed home directly across from Hotel Valley Ho in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale on 1st . It has the perfect layout for couples, families & groups . Garage, 2 bedrooms, separate studio space, 3.5 baths, large great room, rooftop deck, comfortably sleeps 8. Walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars. 4 Resort passes are included for Hotel Valley Ho resort! Enjoy ALL amenities!
The space
This MidMod multi level home is truly amazing.
On the entry level you’ll find a private studio suite equipped with a kitchenette and full bath. Office space, TV , and pull out Queen sofa sleeper. The Scottsdale themed room is perfect for the member of the group looking for their own space! The kids also love using it as their own space!! The choice is yours!!**
The main level features an incredible great room with a fully stocked kitchen , 1/2 bath, luxurious living room with a 75” TV, dining room table, and balcony with patio furniture facing Valley Ho with Camelback Views.
Parnian mid century ultra suede sofas and swivel chairs, and a vintage postcard of Hotel Valley Ho turned into a mural fills the great room and takes you back to the 1960s. Retro mid century decor with historic memorabilia adds to the unique experience.
Walk up the stairs to the third-floor and find two full bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows and Italian mid century blonde furniture.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and queen size air mattress, a 55 inch TV and beautiful views of old town, and a detached full bath . There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience between the two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a rollaway twin size bed. 65 inch TV, Full luxurious master bath with top of the line walk in shower with floor to ceiling glass, and a rain shower head. Hotel quality linens and amenities. Large Walk-in closet and gorgeous views of the Hotel and Camelback Mountain.
Last set of stairs leads you to the amazing rooftop deck. Take in the breathtaking wrap around views of old town Scottsdale.
With the hotel across the street and all the districts of old town just a walk away, this is the premier location to stay in Old town.
