About this property

Tatum House, Scottsdale

Tatum House sleeps 10 adults, with four bedrooms, three baths, including two en suite bedrooms (one has a desk and printer). Three bedrooms feature comfy king size beds, and one bedroom has four, just as nice, bunk beds (250lb capacity for each bunk), with Bunkie Boards for added support. Each bedroom has a Homedics Sound/Sleep White Noise Sound Machine and a basket of disposable earplugs.

Tatum House has two living areas: a large family room with a comfy sectional, 70" television, and a gas fireplace. Plus, a cozy living room for intimate conversations and relaxation. Game-wise, there is something for all ages in the well stocked dining buffet, including several puzzles.

The kitchen is well appointed for every cooking level. Many private chefs have created meals for guests and all comment on the ease of using the space as well as the expansive options provided from the All-Clad cookware, down to the quality knives, and everything in-between.


Tech-wise: Tatum House has one gigabit WIFI, four 4K TVs, and YouTubeTV to watch your favorite shows. All bedrooms, living room, and family room have charging stations, and the kitchen has a multiple device charging dock.

Outdoors you will find a lovely oasis. Relax around the firepit, cook on the barbeque, putt on the golf green, soak in the spa, lounge around the pool, gather for meals or games around the long dining table, or swim in the pool(*).

* Heating the spa is included in your rental. Heating the pool is an extra $95/day, and available Fall-Spring.

We do not offer luggage drop off prior to check-in.

Tatum House

We have never stayed at any rental where the host provided so much…felt like all we need were bathing suits and flip flops…they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The house was amazing…both indoors & outdoors, plenty of really great restaurant options nearby…we could not have been happier with our stay!!!

The best place for a family to stay

This house was perfect. Beautiful and clean, the kids loved all the of the games and the pool was just what we wanted. We will definitely be back.

Swimming Vacation

Tatum House was a wonderful property to stay at. All amenities were fully stocked and the house was clean. The backyard and pool were perfect for spending the hot summer days!

Golf vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the Backyard Oasis was the perfect spot. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with access to all types of restaurants and golf courses. We relaxed every morning and evening in the pool area among friends. Will definitely look to return next year.

Tatum House was outstanding. Beautifully decorated, clean, updated, with all the details covered. The location was great, close to restaurants/golf/shopping. Relaxing by the pool surrounded by the beautiful landscape was a highlight. Overall a gem that we are looking forward to staying at again.

Wonderful family retreat

Our family ( 4 adults, 5 kids ages 6m - 10 yrs) had a wonderful vacation and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The backyard pool, putting green and patio are true oasis. No detail was spared in amenities and hospitality. It’s evident that a lot of thought and care goes into each aspect the guest experience, from coffee bars and sound machines in the bedrooms to a kitchen equipped for a chef. We would love to return and hope to again soon!

Lovely Home! Great Outdoor Space!

Our group (two couples) stayed at the home for a long weekend. Needless to say, it was hot in June/July. We spent the majority of our time outside in the amazing outdoor space. The pool is fantastic! Several seating areas. Appreciated the covered spaces. The plentiful landscaping provided shade as well as entertainment - hummingbirds galore! Inside was immaculate and so well appointed. Both groups want to bring their families back!

Amazing Home and Owners

My family and I have stayed at properties in the Phoenix area for the last four years including in the Scottsdale area. This is by far the best home, owners and area for a rental. The communication with Craig and Andrea was as good as I have ever seen. The home is even more beautiful then the pictures look and the backyard is an oasis. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and outside amenities even in the 114 degree heat it didn't stop us. There is a good amount of shade and sun for whatever you are looking for in any conditions. The owners truly care about their home and your experience and it goes a long way in making your trip a delight. They have so many small touches and amenities I have not seen at any other house that puts this property at another level. I spent days doing research on different properties and will never have to do that again. I won't question when I'm staying in Phoenix again it will be here. I will be booking here again in the future and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in this area. Thank you Craig and Andrea for allowing my family to make great memories.

Tatum House was created as a luxury vacation destination in Scottsdale by husband and wife team, Craig and Andrea Sawyer. Since opening in 2020, Tatum House is also on another well known vacation rental site, receiving outstanding reviews, which unfortunately, do not transfer to VRBO. Our guests say they feel relaxed from the moment they enter Tatum House - our goal!
