Check out our updated kitchen with maple cabinets, granite countertops and updated appliances in kitchen. We have furnished plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, everything you need to prepare meals.

There is also a secured wifi in the condo and a wifi area in the main building so bring your laptop. You can keep up with phone calls and emails and do a little work...not too much, though, you're on vacation!

You will feel right at home in our beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bath gulf front condo in the private, gated community of Pinnacle Port Resort. The unit is one level and sleeps six comfortably. Enjoy the sounds of the waves and the relaxing views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom.

The unit is located on the second floor in the mid-rise building C2. The living room balcony faces the Gulf with a sleeper sofa and two recliners. Both bedrooms have a wall of cabinetry which allows for maximum storage without taking up floor space. One bedroom features a king bed, the other has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa so six can sleep comfortably.

Pinnacle Port sits on a peninsula on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach with the Gulf of Mexico to the front and Lake Powell in the rear. Bring your boat and use our convenient on-site boat launch. Walk the private beaches to Camp Helen nature preserve or through the charming houses at Carillon Beach. Pinnacle Port is a private gated community with 24 hour security.

Rainy days are no problem. A trip to the outlet mall, Pier Park Mall or the unique Seaside shops is fun. Why not take a nap on the very comfortable beds, hey, you're on vacation!

The view of the gulf from our balcony was awesome. We were able to watch some dolphins early in the morning while enjoying coffee, it was quiet and magnificent. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only sad part was having to leave. Our host Ann is super friendly and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We highly recommend her and look forward to going back

Peaceful Paradise

This was the perfect vacation spot! The resort is very quiet and the unit was steps to the beach with a breathtaking view. It is close to a Publix, CVS, and Winn-Dixie with an easy trip to the main drag while being in its own little corner. The pools were nice too. The condo was very comfortable.

Peace at the beach

Fabulous view from the moment you walk in the door. Plenty of room and comfortable accommodations. By far the best experience we have had so far. We plan on certainly returning again.

Great condo

This is our second summer staying at this condo and it was another wonderful experience. The location is perfect and not too crowded on the beach. It is very family oriented and quiet, but still a lot to do. Our condo was clean and very nice. It has everything you need. Thank you for another great vacation. We will be back!

“BEST” place we have stayed in 25 years

This place has it ALL! The kitchen is complete. It has multiple pots/pans, more silverware than you will ever use, two coffee machines. They have beach towels, folding beach chairs and two beach umbrellas with augers already attached. Beds feel new and sleep wonderful. The Pinnacle provides all game accessories (basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard supplies, etc. This place is wonderful and the communication with the owner was simple. Oh and it is next to the state park so the beach is not very busy in front of the condo and you drive through a beautiful community to get to the condo. We will always look to rent this condo when traveling to Florida.

We loved everything about this condo! The ladies were so helpful and communicated everything to us. It was updated and very clean. The location and view were perfect. The security and being in a gated community was an added bonus. Definitely plan to come back in the future!

Little bit of paradise

This lovely beach front condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with tons of counter space. We spent hours sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and enjoying the quiet. Ann is a great host. She was quick to respond to calls or texts, as needed. This was our second stay with Ann, but not out last.

Another great stay at a Pinnacle Port

No complaints! Ann is easy to work with and my family loves this mid-rise unit compared to the tower units because of direct access to the room from the parking lot (elevator or one flight of stairs,your choice). It’s a few miles away from the action in Panama City Beach but if you’re just into hanging at the beach and pool a lot it’s perfect. Will return in the future!

Wonderful!

Wonderful condo! Clean with ample storage. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed plus more. The walk to the beach literly was 2 minutes. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It is away from the hussle and bussle of the "downtown" shopping area, but close to everything. Definitely will be renting from them again. We loved our time spent at Pinnacle Port!

Disappointed

I was very disappointed in the condition of the condo. There is mold around the rim of every sink. The front load washer is moldy. The bathroom cabinets are moldy from a previous water leak. The electric mixer had been used and put up dirty. I was very disappointed because we had stayed here before and liked the location. This issue should have been taken care of a year ago.

Exceeded our expectations. Will book again!

- A+ for cleanliness 🙌 - Very spacious kitchen, well stocked for cooking large meals. Loved the HUGE island - Extremely comfortable/luxurious beds. Slept like a baby all week - Very useful built-ins/storage in bedrooms - Loved the 2 recliners in the living room. Great for morning coffee - Back patio had 4 comfortable, tall chairs with a convenient side table attached. I spent many hours on the balcony - 6 beach chairs for use 🙌 - 2nd story = high enough to have a good view of the water, but low enough that we used the stairs most of the time instead of the elevator. - The room is close to the elevator which was very convenient when we needed to use it for transporting beach gear or groceries - Luggage carts and shopping buggies were available for use at all times. We used the buggy dozens of times. So helpful! - Our car was parked within steps of the entrance, so it was very easy to access all week. A lot of times we just loaded the beach gear in/out of our SUV trunk instead of taking it in the condo - Walking to/from the beach took like 10 seconds. So convenient to set up in the morning and tear down in the evenings. - There is an outdoor shower and short hose at the beach entrance/exit, so it was easy to get the sand off ourselves and our gear - Publix and the liquor store are right at the neighborhood entrance, so that was convenient to only have to drive a couple minutes when we needed to pick something up. - Can’t say enough good things!!

Beautiful and Peaceful...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach at Pinnacle Port is so nice with really easy access. Enjoyed being at the end of town away from the main part of Panama City Beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Loved that luggage carts and even a shopping cart were provided for getting our luggage and groceries to our place. The bed was comfy as well. Thanks so much for a great getaway!

We will be back!

We had such a wonderful time! The location is excellent, you feel very safe and it’s easy to get in and out of! We will absolutely be back, it was such a beautiful area of the beach: quiet and white sands. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and in a great spot. Close to the elevator but outside a door so you couldn’t hear it (from the master anyway). Second floor so if you need/want to take the stairs it’s very easy to do so. Beach access is right outside the elevator as well. Put it to you this way: at 8 months pregnant I was fairly easily getting around this place! The master bedroom/mattress was probably the most comfortable one I’ve ever stayed in. They have LOTS of beach items for your use in the condo as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We didn’t want to leave and we will be back!

Ideal with littles

Location was the best for a very short walk to pool, playground, beach, a quick trip back to the condo if needed for a bathroom break or lunch with our 2 and 5yo. The AC unit was not cooling upon arrival but was at least blowing to provide circulation and the temps weren’t too hot at first. The next day, the AC completely broke and we had to buy fans to keep somewhat cool. We did let the owners know and it started working again until the morning of departure. The only reason we would give 4 stars for cleanliness is because we took off our shoes to walk in upon arrival and had black bare feet within minutes while unloading. Otherwise, we would be thrilled to come back here if we knew the AC was working properly it would be absolutely perfect.

A great beach vacation!

Super easy to check in to the condo! Nicely decorated with sturdy, tasteful furniture! (I was so happy to NOT see glass tables, wicker furniture, and dusty fake plants!) We loved the extras provided such as beach chairs, umbrella, tennis equipment, games, and even hand soap. Being on the 2nd floor, I found that most of us rarely even needed the elevator. The guest bedroom has an outside light right outside the window which makes the room very bright at night. (Luckily I had brought a blackout curtain to help.) Plenty of parking right nearby and very quiet at night.

Great Condo!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The owners Ann and Sheila we're very responsive The location was perfect on the 2nd floor and a great view of the ocean. We also loved the fully stocked kitchen and memory foam mattresses.

Nice stay

The ease of leasing and communication was good. We liked being on second floor, the view was great. The upgrades were very nice (countertops, lighting). Master bath needs detailed cleaning. Overall a nice place to stay.

Beautiful clean condo in great location

My husband and our 2 & 5 year old children loved this clean, beautifully decorated and we'll maintained condo in Sunnyside. The location with easy parking, & short walk to the beach & pool were perfect. The heated pool was clutch because the outdoor one was still pretty chilly. We enjoyed Camp Helen state park and Rosemary beach market being within a 5 min drive. The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels and necessities and even had a closet with beach chairs, towels & coolers which was a surprise bonus. The owner answered immediately when we had a small issue come up and maintenance came out right away and fixed it. This was the perfect beach vacay for our little family and we would love to come back again next year!

Great property!

This property was awesome! Convenient to Gulf World, Pier Park, Publix, etc. it’s a perfect spot for families with smaller kids - no commercial beach chair companies with rules about where you can sit when you have your own beach chairs… no steps to get to the beach - which is great for small children. We loved the location and the condo - the owners really have quality furniture and a stocked kitchen with all the Utensils needed. Will definitely stay here again !
