Great stay and wonderful location. Property was great and amenities (arcade games, shuffle board, pool table, ping pong table, etc...) were fun. It was fun for all ages!
very spacious, quiet very clean, love jacuzzi, love everything, we were close to mountain view’s, waterfall, farms and horse rides.. deers walking around the house was beutiful..
Very good house. Would help if I had known that the coded entry to the house was only in the back of the house. In the dark was not that easy to find if you didn’t know. No other complaints.
Sip n’ dip was a perfect thanksgiving getaway for two young families. The upstairs was two bedrooms with queen beds and a library which we used for a pack n play. The leaves Ana trees were so beautiful. Sunrise and sunset were gorgeous from the porch. This house is great for big families and Nellysford was a fun place to explore. Thank you!
The house was lovely but in need of some cleaning and maintenance. The layout was perfect for our families needs, but the outside porch areas needed to be cleaned and repaired.
Clean, entertaining. All the amenities necessary for a fun stay. The trash situation was a bit awkward.... we couldn't drop off the last min trash because the place was closed on Mondays and we early Monday morning. Other than that. Good experience.

Father's Day Weekend Getaway
I stayed at the property this past weekend and while the beds were comfy, the location was great, the amenities were good, the overall property was a bit dated. The carpets are not in the greatest shape, there were quite a few bugs that were in bathrooms and bedrooms (which didn't bode great with my littles) and the grill didn't work. The communication with the property managers was amazing, they are very responsive, but the little details were missed sadly and hence the overall rating of an okay experience as opposed to an amazing one.
This property was terrific! Plenty of personal space, living space and outdoor space for our group of 11 friends and family members. Communication with Annie was easy from start to finish. Once we were checked in, we had everything we needed to settle in for a week of fun and relaxation. None of us were familiar with harbor life and location of Annie’s houses gave us an experience of a lifetime. We spotted lots of wildlife including seals and bald eagles, and at low tide we were entertained by clams that spouted streams of water into the air like a fountain. We were awe struck each time we walked onto the decks to clearly see Mt. Ranier in all its majesty in the distance. What a gift! There were stunning views in all directionsfrom the abundance of glass used in the design of the houses. There was plenty of room for socializing as a group and ample space for private moments. Our group especially enjoyed the fire pit at night and I loved the sauna! Wish I was still there. Hope to return.
We were visiting with our kids in Virginia and this house worked for all of us to be together. Sadly the hot tub stopped working on our second day but the owners tried to get it fixed. The jacuzzi tub was also not working so that was a little disappointing but like I said, the owners communicated with us and sent a repair guy but it couldn’t be fixed. The only criticism is that the house cleaner missed a few spots to clean in the kitchen (grape jelly on the countertop), coffee left in the pot with old grinds, and clean laundry in the dryer. The kitchen trash drawer didn’t work great and definitely needs repaired. The a/c was tricky to get to a good temp too. But overall the game room was our favorite!!! Lots of games which provided hours of fun for our family. The location was perfect for us. The porch is the best place to sit and relax. The bed was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bedding.
This property was a great size for multiple families. Not only a lot of bedrooms but a lot of shared space to spend time together. Very peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. So many TVs, with services already logged in. Both bath and hot tub towels provided which was nice. I’d bring my own pillows next time. Theirs were pretty uncomfortable (whole party agreed). Cleanliness was fine - the daily (floors, linens, furniture) items were fine but the deep cleaning is clearly being skipped (cobwebs, mold in shower, dirty outdoor furniture) which is a bummer with such a high cleaning fee. I understand it is a large property - a higher cleaning fee is to be expected. Property had a lot of bees - but you are in a nice forested area. So to be expected but did keep kids from enjoying the outdoor space. Would have loved kid friendly plates/bowls/cups. If you have littles - be sure to pack your own. Overall we did enjoy our stay. We would come here again. :)
