With sweeping views across the historic Mountain Cove vineyard and the Blue Ridge Mountains, the property is designed for relaxation, connection, and adventure.

Enjoy your own private pool (seasonal), a Weber grill for cookouts, and a Sonos stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers. Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedrooms, a spacious loft, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area perfect for gathering. the property was very nice and clean everything worked well. The only complaint is that is a little far from most everything. Great if you want a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

For future guests, our property is intentionally located in the peaceful countryside of Nelson County at 93 Scotties Lane, Faber, VA 22949. Many of our guests choose it specifically for the privacy, mountain views, and quiet setting while still being within a reasonable drive of wineries, breweries, hiking, and Charlottesville. If you’re looking for a relaxing mountain getaway away from the crowds, we think you’ll love the location. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back!

We really like location. It such a nice place to stay. There was a lot of lady bugs in the house that was not very cool. But we enjoyed stay at this beautiful house

The house was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The area was very quiet and peaceful, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The kids pretty much lived in the large pool. The setup of the house was great, with plenty of places to be together, but also lots of space to spread out and take some time if needed. Maybe our favorite thing was watching the abundance of deer that would gather in the meadow each night at dusk. There was even one particularly friendly deer who made her way right into the yard by the pool several times a day to say hello. This was a great place to stay for our vacation, and I would highly recommend it.

We spend many weekends at our Mountain Home in Lovingston, VA. and as much time at our Beach Home in Siesta Key, FL.

When Halie and I started hosting at our mountain getaway home in 2015, we wanted to create the same enjoyable experience we get when visiting our homes - for our guests.

Through the process of asking for suggestions, make improvements, and learning from other experiences when we travel, we believe we are providing an enjoyable experience for our guests. The constant positive reviews and super host status tell us we are on the right track.

Our favorite part of hosting is reading our guest book and getting personal messages about how great their stay was at our homes. I feel we aren’t just hosting guests rather providing vacation experiences focused on creating lasting memories for you, your families and friends.

The greatest feeling is when a group comes back for a second, third or many more vacation experiences.
