Beachside II 4333 on kaunis 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, joka sijaitsee 13. kerroksessa. Nauti henkeäsalpaavasta Persianlahden ulkoasunäkymästä 2 omalta parvekkeeltasi - ehkä voit jopa nähdä aamulla leikkivät delfiinit! Keittiö on täysin varusteltu - täydellinen yöksi lasten kanssa. Löydät varmasti kaiken, mitä tarvitset tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi tässä keittiössä. Ruokailutila sijaitsee kauniilla puupöydällä, joka istuu mukavasti kuusi vierasta. Olohuoneessa on muhkeat huonekalut ja suuri viihdejärjestelmä, joka sopii erinomaisesti rentoutumiseen pitkän päivän jälkeen auringossa. Great Stay

Pool on Beachside II was closed/under construction. Elevators were freq. occupied and took a long time, and the location directions were not as clear. However, being on the beach tips the scale to outweigh all of that.The ice machine (for purchase) was a really nice feature.

We stay in SanDestin every year due to the beautiful beach, property and proximity to some of our favorite restaurants. Gibson Vacation rentals is very easy to work with, especially the immediate responses to any questions we might have. Definitely recommend!

Good size unit with great views but it's time for some substantial updates. Need to upgrade the kitchen, baster bath, remove carpet, improve furniture, drapes and replace small appliances. Kitchenware wasn't the best but enough to get by. Main TV was nice but super difficult to get to regular cable service, instructions were lacking. The grounds and property were nice, clean, and somewhat updated.

Beautiful property.

Condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking whatever we wanted to cook. Would have liked to have had salt and pepper though but we managed without.

The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. However, this condo could use some updating especially for the price we paid. The beach umbrella offered little to no shade, one beach chair is worn out and the other one broke - we happened to find a chair someone was leaving behind and replaced it. Bring your own blow dryer because the one in the condo barely works.

We had a few complaints however- the elevators on this building kept breaking almost the entire week were there and this unit was fairly high up. Also, the cleaning on this unit was not great. When we checked in, there was dripped coffee all down the cabinets (not from us) that no one bothered cleaning up. It could have just been cleaner.

Wonderful, comfortable Condo

We had such an amazing time while visiting the Emerald Coast. The condo was very comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The pool was great after a fun day at the beach and the kids loved that it was 91/2 feet deep at the deep end! The walk to the beach was so easy just make sure to get down there early to get a spot, during peak seasons at least. Unless you rent a chair and umbrella which can get pricey. This condo is very close to the central elevators which was nice. All in all I would totally recommend this condo and we would 100% stay there again. Side note: the bath towel supply was not quite adequate for 6 people in our opinion but we had 4 girls who needed a body and hair towel but we made it work. Also there was not a blanket for the trundle in the second bedroom but we brought out travel blankets so it worked out.

Great Location

The unit is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach. The view is excellent. We had double red flags the entire stay and couldn’t swim in the ocean, so we didn’t get to enjoy our trip like we wanted, but the condo was nice. Very clean and property management was quick to respond to any questions.

We flew into Florida and did not drive, so we could not bring our chairs and umbrella that we use on the beach. The unit did come with 3 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, but they were not very nice. You have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas from the hut on the beach but that was an additional charge $$$ (not included with the unit).

Overall great trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed this condo. We love the Sandestin property, beach and amenities. We’ve stayed there year after year and we always have a wonderful time. As for this specific property, the bunk beds are awesome, my daughter loved them!It is time for some upgrades in this condo, though. The coffee pot needs to be replaced (there is sand/dust built up inside of it if you look inside, so I had to go buy coffee every day). It is time to update the furniture, guest bathroom and the decor, as well, but we were still comfortable overall. We loved the pool, but there was no heater which was a little too cold for the fall weather. Baytown wharf has grown and is amazing!At the end of the day, it was a great experience due to an awesome resort and great staff!

Vacation

This was our third time staying at beachside 2 and as usual we had a great time. Only thing we wish it had was an outdoor hot tub to enjoy while kids played in the pool
