Perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, country weddings for up to 150 guests. RiverView Estate offers luxurious amenities that sit on 1200 acres of pristine mountain forest land and 1 mile of riverfront frontage on the East Branch of the Delaware River which is well-known for the finest fly-fishing in the United States. RiverView Estate By Brophy includes the main house, 3 bedroom cottage and entertainment lodge with additional suite, which included elegant furnishings and the best that can be offered. A private swimming pool is also available during spring and summer and has the option of being heated for an additional fee. The main house consist of 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths. Also available is an exercise room, an indoor hot tub and a dry sauna. The living room off the kitchen and the master bedroom includes a fireplace. The entertainment lodge has 2 bedrooms which includes a gorgeous bath with a steam shower, a large kitchen, pool table, living area with fireplace. The additional suite in the entertainment lodge includes a private bedroom with a queen size bed and the open suite area has one queen bed, one double bed and a full kitchen. This suite shares a bathroom. The 3 Bedroom Cottage has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, full kitchen and living room with fireplace. RiverView Estate has large banquet hall that can accommodate up to 150 people for an elegant Country Wedding, Corporate Retreat or can be used to hold any special event. DeerRidge Estate By Brophy is located just a short distance from RiverView Estate By Brophy which accommodates a party of 40 guests. This 3 unit estate consists of 3 full kitchen, living rooms and dining areas along with a large sports bar with pool table, 17 bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms. LakeView Estate By Brophy, www.vrbo.com/472194 Lakeview Estate By Brophy is located approximately 15 miles from RiverView Estate & DeerRidge Estate which is located on 250 mountaintop acres with 100' of lake access overlooking the valley below. This estate consists of 9 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 full kitchens. There is a large open great room with a 55" flat screen TV, a large sports game-room with a 30' flat screen TV and a 48" flat screen TV, pool table, a full bar area and hot tub room. Each estate can satisfy anyone's endeavors, whether it being hiking, cross-country skiing, swimming and fishing. We are fully staffed 24/7. This allows us to make sure that your every need is met. Our Estates do offer a concierge and housekeeping staff for an additional fee. Other services that can be provided at different rates are Massages, a Licensed Fishing Guide on the Upper Delaware River, Hiking Guide for both properties, Boats, Kayaks, catering and set-up and tear-down for special events. Cancellation Policy: 60 Days with full refund. Anything less then 60 days, deposit is forfeited. Rates listed are dependent on how many guests are in your group and will also determine if all 3 dwellings will be included in the rental rate. Groups that are equal to or less than 24 guests, the rental will consist of the Main House and Entertainment Lodge only. Groups larger than 24, the 3 bedroom cottage is included in the rental rate as a person fee. RiverView Estate is rented out exclusively to your group only. If the 3 bedroom guest house is not included in the rental, you will still have rights to the property, just not that dwelling. All guests less than 24 guests will have the option to rent the 3 bedroom cottage for an additional person fee. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
