Villa Vista is located on the northside of the island, in the prestigious gated community of Red Rock. The Villa is situated on the lower part of Red Rock, which gives breathtaking views of Hans Lollik. Looking over the balconies or from the pool, with a small sitting pool(not a hot tub,)you can hear and see the beauty of the ocean crashing upon the rocks. All three bedrooms have an amazing water front view. The Villa has high end appliances and is beautifully decorated.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great views and the house is very nice. It’s a bit of a drive to get anywhere (you won’t be walking anywhere), but very worthwhile. Only complaint, please have some kitchen spices/essentials available. Only had salt & pepper. We left some coffee, garlic & a few other spices. Hope to come back soon.

Best Location on St Thomas

We came to ST Thomas with friends and had a wonderful stay at Villa Vista. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The views are outstanding! We explored a lot of the beaches and they were very easy to get to from the location of this house. The property manager was very easy to reach and she checked in on us many times just to see how we were doing!

Wonderful vacation home and property manager!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Vista. The house was beautiful and had everything needed for our stay. Kristen was so helpful and appreciated. She welcomed us when we arrived and was available during our stay to assist with any questions and provided recommendations for local areas to visit. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation!

Vista Villa

Wonderful property with spectacular views. House is well appointed with an excellent kitchen. Highly recommend for families or couples that want privacy in upscale Red Rock!

Beautiful View

Beautiful View of the ocean but if your looking for a location close to things to go do, this property is far away from in town & located on very steep roads with a lot of curves plus very step cliffs. Air conditioning is just wall units that keep the bedrooms fairly cool but the rest of the house is definitely way warmer and the air conditioning in the living room doesn’t work. Set up of the house is nice with lots of spectacular views. Pool is small and very cold, no hot tub as shows in the picture plus no heater. Over all a good experience but we would stay closer to in town as we like to go do a lot of things.

disappointed experience, the property is outdated and the pictures on the listing are misleading

Our recent stay at this property we had a very disappointed experience. The property is outdated and the pictures on the listing are misleading. Here are some of the issues we encountered:-The pictures on the listing are old and do not accurately represent the current state of the property. There was an error light on the water filtration system, and the refrigerator's water and ice dispensers did not work. The bathroom in the pool had a water line that needed to be repaired. The listing advertised 3 king beds, but there were only 2 king beds and one queen. This has since been corrected after we complained. The gas grill shown in the pictures was not working and was very dirty/greasy. There is no hot tub at the property, and the jets in the spa that overflows into the pool do not work. We had to request a change to the timer to have the pool turn on while we were onsite. The walls by the pool had black stains on them, and the cement around the pool also had black stains. Not sure if it was mold or not. The patio on the second floor living room had a broken handle for the sliding door, and the deck had bird poop all over one side that looked like it had been there for weeks. The slider to the master bedroom was so dirty that you could barely see out of it. I had to clean it myself. There were many areas throughout the house, both inside and outside, where we had to have new lightbulbs installed. This place has the potential to be nice, but it has been neglected.

Great Location, Incredible Views

My husband and I stayed at Villa Vista with another couple. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. If you are an early riser, you can catch some incredible sun rises. Every room in this house has an incredible view. While the windows do have curtains, I would suggest bringing a sleep mask if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in at all during your stay. We LOVED the location. It was a very short ride to Magen's Bay, which was stunning. Having the pool was an added bonus, but we spent most days at different beaches in the area. Also, if you have time, I highly recommend catching an early Ferry ride over to St. John. It's worth the time, for sure! I'd also like to give a shout out to our host, Kristen. She was great to work with and really did everything she could to make sure our stay was perfect!
