About this space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Located in the beautiful Meridian Kessler neighborhood, walking distance from many local bars and eateries. The monon rail trail is minutes away for all of your outdoor walking and biking activities. Downtown Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis are both minutes away. Butler University is walking distance as well as Marian University and IUPUI being close by. We are less than 15 minutes from St.Vincent and Methodist hospitals.😄

Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow in a great Northside neighborhood.

This is a whole house listing, laundry is in the basement. No garage access.
Other things to note
You will likely see our cats Applesauce and Softpaws wandering around the property. They are very friendly. You may also see our border collie mix Izzy. It’s not unusual to see her sprinting thru the neighboring yards!

Great place to stay in Indy. Very nice neighborhood for walking and close to some very good restaurants. Home is very welcoming and feels like staying at a friend's house.

Fantastic house with all the amenities for the kitchen! The owner was so nice and helpful all along the way. Checkout and cleanup was super simple and I didn't feel like a maid when I was leaving like I have with other places. Would recommend this house and will be staying here again!

Very cute small house suitable for up to 4 adults. Very clean, nice neighborhood, and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Having laundry available in the basement was a nice perk. We had a great stay!

Baseball tournament brought us to town

This little house is a gem. It is well maintained, clean, and well appointed. I stayed here with my son and his friend for their baseball tournament and it was just what we needed. Lots of thoughtful additions like spices in the kitchen, cooking spray, bug spray, extra toothbrushes, games and more. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels and blankets. The neighborhood is beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Adorable home - perfect size to accommodate us! Well stocked with towels, pillows with added amenities that make traveling comfortable including coffee, cooking sprays, extra toiletries if you need them! Very clean, cute neighborhood and cozy and owners were very communicative!
