Impeccablement entretenu et stocké avec tous les avantages. Cette maison est située sur un grand coin de rue (130 'x 105') adjacent à une servitude de 50 'offrant de superbes vues et un accÚs à la fois à Gulf & Sound. Il y a un trottoir et un trottoir qui vous mÚnera sur une trÚs courte distance (environ 100 pieds) des eaux émeraude et du sable blanc sucré du golfe.

Le sol familial est agrĂ©mentĂ© de sols en bambou, de comptoirs en granit, de persiennes de plantation, de plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et d’un grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur mural Ă  Ă©cran plat. Il y a 15 places assises pour les repas, y compris le bar de la table et du petit-dĂ©jeuner.

En franchissant les portes françaises de la salle familiale sur le grand balcon extĂ©rieur, vous ĂȘtes immĂ©diatement sĂ©duit par l’attraction principale de cette maison. La grande piscine d'eau de mer en gunite permet de s'amuser Ă  tout Ăąge. Il y a un grand palier 1 'parfait pour les enfants, deux escaliers dans la piscine facilitant l'accĂšs, des bancs ainsi qu'un bar dans la piscine offrant plusieurs zones de places assises et une installation de volley-ball aquatique bien pensĂ©e. Sautez hors de la piscine et faites une partie de volley-ball ou de badminton sur le terrain en herbe, ou essayez-vous Ă  la fers Ă  cheval. Prenez un bain de soleil sur la terrasse de la piscine, admirez la vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis le pont supĂ©rieur ou protĂ©gez-vous du soleil sur le patio infĂ©rieur ombragĂ©, idĂ©al pour se cacher du soleil et jouer dans le sable avec un seau et une pelle Ă  la main. House was good needs some tlc and security gate for pool we had small children and a gate on deck would have been great. Housekeeping could improve but not terrible needs maintenance repairs on small items but nothing that hindered our stay. There’s not much to do in the area so if you are looking for activities this area doesn’t offer much

My family and I stayed August 2025. The house upstairs was wonderful. There were plenty of pots and pans and a coffee pot. The place was lovely. There were chairs and items to use for the beach downstairs under the covered area. The downstairs did have a bug spray smell when we got there and it finally did go away. I believe the downstairs does need another humidifier in the other room as well but my older kids/family did enjoy it. The Pool area was the BEST. We utilized it every day. When we weren't at the beach we were in the pool. You just walked out the gate and went right and straight on the path to the beach. It was great. I loved sitting out on the deck in the morning with my coffee and taking it all in. It was a Wonderful trip. Stephanie was the BEST host. She got back to me every time I had a question. Couldn't have asked for a Better Place to Stay.

The house worked well for our family. Eight adults and four kids. The pool design is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. The beach is great! The downstairs rooms are not as nice as the upstairs rooms, but hey when you’re accommodating a lot of people and kids, it’s fine. Appreciated greatly the pool toys and beach toys and chairs as we arrived by airplane. Towels provided are great. Beds are good.

Camp Benvenutti

The kids loved the pool, once I got it cooled down. It’s directly in the sun and has to have some kind of shade sail and fountains to cool it down. Very inexpensive to to install, This allowed us to enjoy the big pool with all of the kids. Great location, right on the sidewalk to the beach and all of our family members, that we’re staying at the fancy houses on the beach front. We loved the vibe. Needs a through deep cleaning, not a deal breaker. Great memories were made.

Gumbo House Review July 2025

The house has a great location and a decent pool. The house had not been cleaned properly when we arrived. In general the house is rundown. The area outside under the decking was dirty as well. There were a lot of bugs. The owner did call in an exterminator which did help. The owner did call in repairment to fix a plumbing leak and the HVAC failure. I would never rent this place again.

Best Christmas Ever

We loved our stay at the Gumbo Bungalow!Super easy to check in, lots of great things to do in the area.So close to the beach and plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Even included everything we needed for our 1 year old grandson.The pool was fabulous, our grandchildren and young adults alike swam every day.

Graduation Weekend

We had a great family weekend for UWF graduation. The pool was a highlight for the kiddos and very nicely heated to allow for cold weather swimming! Downstairs did need some airing out due to misty smell but did not affect the trip or ability to sleep. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Location for A Relaxing Stay

This was a ladies retreat with mostly senior citizens The accommodation s were great, but we had some challenges with lighting and it would have been wonderful to have a rail for the pool. The host was amazing! She responded very quickly and the things we needed to know wete posted for everyone to see. It was a perfect location and the hpuse is beautiful!

Comfortable and close to the beach!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, house was comfortable and clean, besides some issues with bedding but it got worked out. Property manager was easy to communicate with. The outside could use some TLC. But close to the beach, pool was fun and clean. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

3 Bedroom only!

Listed as 5 br. Nope! Ur charged full price but the downstairs is bug infested damp no lights unsafe (doors not sturdy) unfinished GARAGE with yard sale beds. The bunk was so shaky the 4yo was scared it would collapse. No access to the house without going outside. Location excellent. Nice pool but heated by sun only. No reply from host except charging the card. Beware

Great Vaca!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a few minor set backs with the air, but Stephany was awesome in working with us to get it resolved! Her communication was well appreciated! She definitely goes above and beyond for her guests. The pool area was a big hit for our group. We love the area. Would definitely recommend this house!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Gumbo Bungalow is the perfect mix of Beach Life and quiet neighborhood that is simply hard to find along the Gulf of Mexico and it's amazing beaches. No busy hotel or hi-rise condo traffic along this stretch of beach. And Gumbo Bungalow is adjacent to a public easement allowing such easy access directly to the beach and over the sand dune that isn't found many places along Pensacola Beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

An amazing backyard of family activities for those of all ages. A large gunite saltwater pool with toddler area, bench seating along the edges and the same depth at both ends provides the perfect opportunity for a game of volleyball the entire family can enjoy. The horseshoes alley as well as a grass Volleyball/Badminton court provide entertainment for the teens. There are decks to lounge and view the ocean, those around the pool for basking in the sun, and a lower patio for the ages who wish to hide from those bright Florida rays. On the patio is a recreation area with Ping Pong table and a variety of sand and pool toys. You will be amazed at how often you actually forget to make that easy jaunt to the beach because of all the fun to be had at the house. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO HEAT THE POOL, BUT WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HEAT THE POOL DURING JANUARY & FEBRUARY.
