This was absolutely perfect for our large family. The kids all enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and easy beach access. Would definitely stay again!! If you have a large family, this is the perfect choice.

The property was clean and exactly as pictured. You could not beat how amazing the pool and outside areas was. Additionally it is SO close to the beach. My family loved the location and property.

We loved the house and it's location , a short walk to the breach.The pool area was wonderful.The only i ssue we has was a couple loose boards on the walk ways and the kitchen was understocked . We had very little silverware and also ran out of toilet paper with 9 guests the first day, other than that it was perfect.

Host was very easy to contact upon arrival. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach at this rental. The pool was amazing for our group!

Had a great vacation with our family. Everyone had plenty of room to move around. The outdoor space had something for everyone to stay active or just chill. I would say it sleeps 14 people comfortable and 16 if two sleeps on the couch. It does have a roll away bed if needed. Was close to the beach so it was very easy walk if wanted to see the stars on the beach at night. Was very close to the boardwalk and other amenities. Would go back.

The house was great. Enough room for everyone but the pool was dirty, house wasn’t swept and the shower didn’t look to be cleaned either. The outside pool area needs some cleaning up. Outdoor shower had all kinds of trash in it.

Nice home, great location. Unfortunately the air conditioning went out on the first floor during first night. Owner was very easy to get in touch with but maintenance team was not able to fix air until the following evening. There was also some type of seafood left in freezer & in outside garbage cans so home smelled bad until aired out and dead flies everywhere. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Overall the beach house was attractive and fit our needs! We were disappointed in the layers of dirt that were on the back exit door and the dining chairs. The filtered water and ice in the refrigerator did not work. The blinds on the back doors did not operate properly. If you expect renters to clean the grill, a grill brush should be accessible.

Definitely appreciated such a kind and accommodating host! We had 10 adults and 8 littles who loved the pool and family volleyball. Dinner was easily prepared with everything we needed from pots and pans to utensils and stocked cups and plates and glassware. Everyone was comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and there were plenty of extra bedding and clean fluffy pillows although we brought our own and did not need them. We had to do a quite a bit of cleaning, sweeping and wipe downs on both levels before the guest arrived but had everything we needed to do so. The beach was a very short stroll and quiet. The entire family loved everything our family stay! Thank you and will rent again.

This house was just perfect for our family group. Between a very reasonable walking distance to the (surprisingly not very busy!) beach (think 2 house lengths) and the heated pool, our kids had a spring break to remember. The beds were great, couch was super comfy, the kitchen was stocked with enough plates, cups, silverware, the washer and dryer were great - just overall a fantastic house. We have already discussed renting it again! Beach toys and pool toys were a perk since we flew in. The downstairs rooms do have a smell, but it wasn't a bad smell that we couldn't get past. Maybe from getting wet at some point? It wasn't a dealbreaker for us. Loved the easy check in and check out list. Owner was great with communicating as well! 10/10 would recommend this house and yard for your family!

Gumbo Bungalow is the perfect mix of Beach Life and quiet neighborhood that is simply hard to find along the Gulf of Mexico and it's amazing beaches. No busy hotel or hi-rise condo traffic along this stretch of beach. And Gumbo Bungalow is adjacent to a public easement allowing such easy access directly to the beach and over the sand dune that isn't found many places along Pensacola Beach.

An amazing backyard of family activities for those of all ages. A large gunite saltwater pool with toddler area, bench seating along the edges and the same depth at both ends provides the perfect opportunity for a game of volleyball the entire family can enjoy. The horseshoes alley as well as a grass Volleyball/Badminton court provide entertainment for the teens. There are decks to lounge and view the ocean, those around the pool for basking in the sun, and a lower patio for the ages who wish to hide from those bright Florida rays. On the patio is a recreation area with Ping Pong table and a variety of sand and pool toys. You will be amazed at how often you actually forget to make that easy jaunt to the beach because of all the fun to be had at the house. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO HEAT THE POOL, BUT WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HEAT THE POOL DURING JANUARY & FEBRUARY.
