Loved this property. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our whole party. The outdoor cabana and pool were amazing. The walk to the beach was not too bad, but the limited public beach space was a little annoying. Having the bikes was a major perk that many in our group took advantage of.

Great House

House looks to be newly renovated. Pool was great as well as grill and fireplace in the backyard.

Overall it was a very nice house. Inside the house was clean- but the outside could have been better maintained. We had to sweep around pool area before using. The blackstone and the green egg were so dirty and rusted they weren’t usable. I messaged and they did send someone out who came back a day later and cleaned the blackstone.The direct tv never worked in the living room - 360 came out and said they would have to send direct tv back but we never saw them. The dishwasher leaked - they responded quickly and the appliance crew came next day and repaired. There needs to be a dresser or luggage rack of some sort in the master bedroom. There was no stopper in the kitchen sink. The outdoor fireplace by pool doesn’t work- 360 came out but wasn’t able to fix. There needs to be more than 2 lounge chairs by the pool for a house this size. GFI switch at the outdoor plug constantly blows. Had to keep resetting for our golf cart charge. Kitchen is stocked decent- but some basics missing. Only had very small skillet- I called and 360 sent out a new one quickly, which was great. More strange containers with lids would be nice. It would be nice if there were some beach chairs or umbrella included. We did have several large roaches in the house which might be unavoidable with the sand and water but a bit un-nerving. Guests need to be careful of the circular stairs - 3 of our guests hit their heads on them. 360 was very quick to respond to my concerns which I appreciated.

Enjoyed our stay. A few hiccups with the house. Owner and Leading company handled everything with ease. No complaints and will be back.
