The property was fantastic and Stella was the ideal host. We’ve been to Sugar numerous times, had a home there for a few years, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what we had with her. Our trip was a 10 out of 10!

Exactly as described, what a wonderful place to stay. The space was clean, well decorated, the views are breathtaking. The host was super communicative and so kind. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

The entire stay....from the online experience to the property itself was exceptional. What impressed me the most was the care and communication with the host! At all times I felt that I was a "valued guest" and that if I needed anything (which I didn't)...that they would be there!

Immaculate condo, spectacular views and a caring host! We’ve stayed in several places on Sugar Mountain over the years, and this was our first stay in this condo. We were so impressed by the care and attention that went into making it welcoming and comfortable.The condo was immaculate, tastefully decorated and well maintained, with everything in working order. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. I truly can’t emphasize the cleanliness enough. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team! Having stayed at other Reserve condos, we know what a difference that level of care makes.When the weather cooperated, the views were absolutely spectacular. We watched the beautiful fall foliage change from day to day right before our eyes.We did encounter one significant disruption: workers arrived Monday morning to replace the building’s siding, staging equipment and materials around the condo’s exterior. For several days, loud banging reverberated throughout the condo, interrupting the peaceful mountain retreat we had anticipated. When we contacted Val, he was very apologetic and seemed unaware the work was scheduled. He kindly provided a credit for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.Despite the construction, we had a fantastic stay and loved this mountain retreat. The exceptional cleanliness, comfort, beautiful views and the host’s thoughtful response would absolutely bring us back!

Stunning views in a great location!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was easy to access (all paved roads) and was close to Banner Elk, several grocery stores, and restaurants! The condo is about 10-20 steps from ground level and you can see the STUNNING views the second you open the door! Everything was clean and ready for us & communication with the host was so easy! We absolutely recommend & hope to return someday!
