With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, our spacious and modern condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. With its prime location, and quick access for outdoor recreation, our mountain condo is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones any season of the year. Come to ski, tube, ice skate, bike, hike, golf, tennis, ride horses alpine coaster or enjoy restaurants and wineries close by.

Beautiful property and easy access to town activities.

We came up to golf, hike and enjoy time with friends. Too rainy to golf, so we went bowling, great weekend.

Great View, Nicely furnished.

Great view from wonderful porch deck. Nicely furnished with all needs met. WiFi is a little slow, but manageable for normal needs, but Not possible to use for zoom calls.

What a good experience

From check in to check out we had a great experience. The owners were great to work with and communicated all information before we had to ask and were able to clearly and quickly answer any questions we had. The unit was exactly as it described in the listing, and the views were even better. Everything was very clean, organized and ready to go for our visit. The location was great. Very convenient to the small local mountain towns, shops, restaurants and activities. Thank you for the sharing this experience with us.

Very clean,sliding door works perfect...4D has excellent view,.Owner handles All issue immediately..New pots and pans,new washer an dryer..1 small problem was figuring out tv remotes...act fast..This unit will always rent fast if priced right..

Had a great here stay to beat the heat.

Loved this condo. This was our third year to have a summer stay at a condo in Reserve or Reserve 2. This unit has great mountain views and some excellent furniture on the deck to enjoy the view from. Everything we needed for our 3 week stay was there. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Great location in The Reserve, close to some good hikes. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Check in was seamless and checkout instructions were clear and concise. Would definitely look for this unit again.

Nice stay

Since owner is new, some instructions are needed for utility turn on/off. We could have done damage to utility box had we not called the owner. Some instructions are needed for TV and cable. Cable worked well in bedroom. Internet was fine. Drive to condo was easy. Views were better than pictures on VRBO website. The Reserve is a beautiful place. I love the smoky mountains.
