House was clean, comfortable, well equipped with everything you would need. The fenced yard (with some grass!) was perfect for our pup. Communication with Carrie was great, and she was very accommodating.

Wonderful getaway spot, complete with beach vibes designed to provide a relaxing time away. We loved chilling on the back dock, evenings in the hot tub, and reading on the hammock. The bikes there on site were a hit with the kids, and even better with being at the end of the street with hardly any traffic. We also appreciated that there were clear instructions for most everything we would need, and when we did need to contact the host, she was quick to respond and help us out. Little Egg Harbor was ideal for accessing several places on the coast, and the house was a fantastic retreat after a day of adventuring. Thanks!

Week stay in July!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this lovely cottage. The location and neighborhood were great. The cottage has comfortable accommodations and the backyard and dock provided a great view of the water canals any time of the day!

This was a great place to spend a quiet weekend with the kids and the dogs. The backyard is super fun with its beach-y vibe and the house was very cute. Everyone loved it and the hosts were super responsive and helpful.

I had a great time while vacationing here! Thank you for the prompt attention to detail..The host was very kind, and kept in touch with me throughout my stay. I'd stay here again for sure! The place was clean, and close to a lot of great local restaurants. The backyard, and small dock is quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

Great Mystic Island Stay!

Highly recommend! Great house and location. Loved being able to sit on the dock and enjoy the water and boats. House was in great condition and had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The place was small but very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was newer and clean. The outside area was very nice.

Hidden Paradise!

What a wonderful respite we found a little over an hour from home! The property is set up so you feel like you're in your own house. Great crabbing and snapper fishing right off the dock. Lots to do nearby. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Cozy Home

Can't say enough of this home. It was clean, beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was great with plenty of seating and toys to enjoy the lagoon. We'd love to return this fall for another long weekend.

Could not have happier- attention to details were amazing- cozy, clean and right on the water- what else could you ask for. From check in to check out we had great communication with Carie- we will be returning to Settle in by the Sea! Thank you for a wonderful and welcoming stay!
