Large lakefront pool and if it rains you have a beautiful heated indoor pool as well as a large lakefront pool. Rain or Sun you can enjoy being here at the lake in this beautiful condo.

Condo 9104 is a three bedroom, two bath on the 9th floor in the Towers. It has an open concept. The kitchen counter is large and great for family gatherings. This condo includes a screened deck, with furniture and a gas grill. Master bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath with a large garden whirlpool tub. Second bedroom has a queen and third bedroom has a queen. The living room features new furniture and includes a large flat screen TV with surround sound. Kitchen features a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove. A washer and dryer are in the condo also. The condo has a contemporary feel and a magnificent view from the deck. Indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center are in the same building on the first floor and there are two sets of elevators. FREE WIFI in this condo!

The amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. An outdoor heated pool is located directly in front of the building lakefront. The outdoor pool is also heated and is 3000 square feet with a continuous water fall. The outdoor pool has a walk in area for smaller kids or adults to play easily in. The pools and deck areas have a great views of the lake and include lawn furniture for your enjoyment.
The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the Towers and the Towers has two sets of elevators. It is very easy and convenient to use the indoor and outdoor facilities.

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

Lake getaway.

Very nice. We really enjoyed the indoor pool in the heat of the day. Centrally located in the lake area didn't have to travel very far for food and fun.

Our favorite complex at the Lake!

We love the towers! Our son is in a wheelchair & this is the most accessible complex we’ve found at the lake, not to mention the indoor pool is a huge bonus!

The Towers - Memorial Weekend

It was perfect, no problems at all Donna even gave us some great ideas for food and places to see. She was exceptional and we can't wait to go back - The place was amazing and the view, I don't know what to say, everything was perfect.

A relaxing get-away

The condo was welcoming and the amenities wonderful! We had everything we needed. The mattresses were comfortable. The property was clean and provided just the get-away we needed. Great view overlooking the lake and the state park. We'd love to come again!

Summer Stay

Our family stayed at this lovely condo for a week. The condo was very clean and well appointed with anything we needed for our stay. The view from the screened in balcony was spectacular. My kids enjoyed the pools a lot. If I had one bit of advise for the unit itself it would be an upgrade in window treatments. The sun, while providing a spectacular view, beams through the balcony window in the morning which includes the master suite. The other 2 bedrooms could use a dark curtain to completely block the windows along with the blinds. Overall a wonderful time and condo.

Patience

Be patient with the elevator on the 9th floor. Sometimes the button does get stuck and you will have to exit on the 8th floor. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay at the property again if we go back to the lake!!

Ok if you don't want to swim or have a boat

The outdoor pool wasn't filled. The indoor pool wasn't heated. The sauna and hot tub wasn't working. The actual condo was great other than it took 3-4 tries to get the door to unlock every time. Also be aware if you are bringing a boat - $25 per day for a slip, $10 to use the boat launch ramp, and $5 per day for trailer storage.

We always appreciate our guest review, the good as well as the bad so if we fail then we can try to improve our services. Our properties are located in prime location of the lake with grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and bars nearby. We sincerely apologize for Memorial Weekend 2017 pool issues. The condo complex HOA had told our owners the pools would be ready for Memorial Weekend but unfortunately do to construction problems at the last minute delayed the outdoor pool from being filled. The indoor pool heater was working however do to a new system installed Friday May 26, it took time for it to heat up therefore the water temp was cold at first but eventually heated up. This would have been the same had the outdoor pool been filled Friday as planned, then the water temp would have been cold. There was a severe thunderstorm on Saturday causing power outages which led to the sauna and hot tub malfunctioning. We appreciate helping all guest reserve a boat slip and the nightly fees are standard around the lake. The condo complexes here at the lake do not allow trailer parking and we are so fortunate to be able to have a wonderful resort "Robins Resort" right over the hill from the condo complexes who will allow boat launching and trailer parking for our guest, this is so convenient and their small fee they charge is worth it as it allows our guest to have their trailers parked nearby where they are staying. All guest receive our guest information sheet with check in/out procedures, boat launching and trailer parking information way in advance of their arrival. Anytime a guest has an issue with a door lock or anything our number is posted everywhere to call us 24/7 as our #1 goal is being available to help with any issues to make their stay enjoyable and comfortable. If they don't call we do not know there was an issue during their stay so we would rather they call so we can help them. Although some issues are out of our control, we understood the inconvenience and disappointment of some of our guest therefore we were glad to refund a portion of their nightly rate. Our #1 goal is for our guest to be happy and have a fantastic vacation.

Wonderful in every way!

My family love, love, loved our stay in this condo! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious (we loved the layout of the bar), the bathrooms were great! We spent a lot of time on the screened in balcony and even used the grill for dinner one night. We also spent a lot of time at both the indoor and outdoor pools. The kids loved having the option and we loved it as well since it did rain one day. Everything was spot on! Our only complaint would be the parking, as there was none on the lower level so we had to park on top of the garage parking and go up and down the stairs. But even at that, the condo had 15 minute unloading parking right out front, so we were able to drop all of our stuff off at the door and just send one person up to park the car. So, it's definitely not a deal breaker. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Lake View

Great stay at the towers with the whole family. Amenities were exceptional and a friendly staff. We loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool so the kids could still swim when it rained. Would highly recommend!

Parkview Bay Towers- Lake Ozarks

We know this property and wanted to stay there. Wanted indoor pool and hot tub. Also wanted 3 BR . This condo is fine BUT a couple things need to be addressed by management; 1. ONLY ONE TOWEL PER PERSON. This is ridiculous. One bath, one hand and one washrag.No beach towels for pool. 2. WIFI is so slow.....we had to leave our condo and go to restaurant/Starbucks to get access to a fast internet connection. Property needs new router IMMEDIATELY. 3. Refrigerator ice maker did not work properly 4. We paid for cleaning but still had to strip the beds and wash and replace the dishes in the cabinets. Very inconvenient.

Great location

We had an awesome view of the lake. Boat and wave runner rentals were super close. Large pool area. Wish the furniture was a little more comfortable. But would definitely stay here again.

Condo 9104 at the Towers has many extras which include a very quiet 9th floor location and superior views of lake!

Why they chose this property

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.

What makes this property unique

The Towers is a very well kept beautiful clean property here at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is one of the few condo complexes that has not one but two elevators and a beautiful lake front swimming pool and a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and workout center. Right in the heart of Osage Beach therefore you are centrally located to just about any area of the lake you would like to go.
