Condo 9104 est un trois chambres, deux salles de bain au 9Ăšme Ă©tage dans les tours. Il dispose d'un concept ouvert. Le comptoir de la cuisine est grande et trĂšs bon pour les rĂ©unions de famille. Ce condo comprend une terrasse grillagĂ©e, avec des meubles et un gril Ă  gaz. La chambre principale a un lit king et une salle de bain privĂ©e avec une grande baignoire Ă  remous jardin. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen et la troisiĂšme chambre a un lit queen. Le salon dispose d'un futon queen et comprend une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec un son surround. Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec machine Ă  glaçons, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et une cuisiniĂšre. Une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse sont Ă©galement dans le condo. Le condo a une ambiance contemporaine et une vue magnifique depuis le pont. Piscine intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e, piscine extĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e, bain Ă  remous, sauna et faire de centre sont dans le mĂȘme bĂątiment, au premier Ă©tage et il ya deux sĂ©ries d'ascenseurs. Wifi gratuit dans ce condo!

Les installations comprennent une piscine intérieure chauffée, bain à remous, un sauna et travaillent sur le centre. Une piscine chauffée outdooor est situé directement en face de la rive du lac de bùtiment. La piscine extérieure est également chauffée et est de 3000 pieds carrés avec une chute d'eau en continu. La piscine extérieure a une promenade dans la zone pour les petits enfants ou les adultes à jouer facilement dans. Les piscines et les zones de pont ont une superbe vue sur le lac et comprennent des meubles de jardin pour votre plaisir.
La piscine et les équipements sont situés au premier étage des tours et des tours a deux séries d'ascenseurs. Il est trÚs facile et pratique à utiliser les installations intérieures et extérieures.

Summer Stay

Our family stayed at this lovely condo for a week. The condo was very clean and well appointed with anything we needed for our stay. The view from the screened in balcony was spectacular. My kids enjoyed the pools a lot. If I had one bit of advise for the unit itself it would be an upgrade in window treatments. The sun, while providing a spectacular view, beams through the balcony window in the morning which includes the master suite. The other 2 bedrooms could use a dark curtain to completely block the windows along with the blinds. Overall a wonderful time and condo.

Lake getaway.

Very nice. We really enjoyed the indoor pool in the heat of the day. Centrally located in the lake area didn't have to travel very far for food and fun.

Patience

Be patient with the elevator on the 9th floor. Sometimes the button does get stuck and you will have to exit on the 8th floor. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay at the property again if we go back to the lake!!

Great Lake View

Great stay at the towers with the whole family. Amenities were exceptional and a friendly staff. We loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool so the kids could still swim when it rained. Would highly recommend!

We love the towers! Our son is in a wheelchair & this is the most accessible complex we’ve found at the lake, not to mention the indoor pool is a huge bonus!

Parkview Bay Towers- Lake Ozarks

We know this property and wanted to stay there. Wanted indoor pool and hot tub. Also wanted 3 BR . This condo is fine BUT a couple things need to be addressed by management; 1. ONLY ONE TOWEL PER PERSON. This is ridiculous. One bath, one hand and one washrag.No beach towels for pool. 2. WIFI is so slow.....we had to leave our condo and go to restaurant/Starbucks to get access to a fast internet connection. Property needs new router IMMEDIATELY. 3. Refrigerator ice maker did not work properly 4. We paid for cleaning but still had to strip the beds and wash and replace the dishes in the cabinets. Very inconvenient.

A relaxing get-away

Wonderful in every way!

My family love, love, loved our stay in this condo! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious (we loved the layout of the bar), the bathrooms were great! We spent a lot of time on the screened in balcony and even used the grill for dinner one night. We also spent a lot of time at both the indoor and outdoor pools. The kids loved having the option and we loved it as well since it did rain one day. Everything was spot on! Our only complaint would be the parking, as there was none on the lower level so we had to park on top of the garage parking and go up and down the stairs. But even at that, the condo had 15 minute unloading parking right out front, so we were able to drop all of our stuff off at the door and just send one person up to park the car. So, it's definitely not a deal breaker. We would absolutely stay again!

Great location

We had an awesome view of the lake. Boat and wave runner rentals were super close. Large pool area. Wish the furniture was a little more comfortable. But would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Facilities

This is our 4th year of staying at the Towers and it has never been short of spectacular, the location is perfect, the facilities of the Towers are excellent and well maintained, this will always e our choice of place to stay while at the Ozarks.

Condo 9104 at the Towers has many extras which include a very quiet 9th floor location and superior views of lake!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.

The Towers is a very well kept beautiful clean property here at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is one of the few condo complexes that has not one but two elevators and a beautiful lake front swimming pool and a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and workout center. Right in the heart of Osage Beach therefore you are centrally located to just about any area of the lake you would like to go.
