Overall a great place to stay in Auburn. No ammentaties such as coffee or toiletries, bit otherwise the place is fabulous.

Excellent location within walking distance of the Auburn U Vet School, as advertised. Reasonably priced for the week I booked. Easy communication with AJ before and throughout the stay. The duplex was fine; there were some minor plumbing and electrical issues that I could live with. Otherwise, I had no problem with the place, which offered all the amenities I needed. I would go back there if the opportunity was to arise.

Hi Frederic, I sincerely apologize for not providing an excellent stay. We offered to fix the minor problems (specifically, you alerted us to one outlet, a slow draining sink, and that the bath faucet dripped while the shower ran). We respect your decision to not have them repaired until after check out, but we are disappointed that these issues affected your stay so greatly. A couple of notes for the public - the condo is not in a duplex, but on the ground floor of a building within the Brookes condominium complex. We do our best to make sure everything is in top condition before every stay, and we will seek to make things right when you let us know about an issue.

I came to Auburn to help my daughter move out of her apartment. The host was very responsive when i had a small issue at the beginning. The complex was quiet even though it was coming up on graduation weekend. Overall a great little place to base your visit to Auburn out of.

Condo was very clean. Complex is old and shows it, but this unit was clean and perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked for the breakfast we were able to cook. A/C worked well. Building was quiet even though it appeared some students live in the building. Parking was not an issue. Short drive to campus
