Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. * No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees.
* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

The Neighborhood:
Inman Park is a lush and historic area known for its architecture and lively dining scene. Hip brunch spots, cafes, and wine bars cluster around the Eastside BeltLine Trail, a converted railway line popular with walkers and cyclists. There's also Krog Street Market, with artisan bakeries and food stalls in a refurbished factory. The area’s history as Atlanta’s first planned suburb is reflected in its impressive Victorian homes and verdant Springvale Park. Just to the east you’ll find Little Five Points, one of Atlanta’s most off-beat neighborhoods. Shoppers flock to the area's indie stores for offbeat vintage clothing, vinyl, and cool gifts, while locals hang out at the dive bars, burger joint, and multicultural eateries that line the surrounding streets. The Variety Playhouse, a live music venue in a converted 1940s cinema, hosts an eclectic range of local and national acts.

Getting Around:
The nearest MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) Station is Inman Park/Reynoldstown. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules
