A modern take on a classic Georgia farmhouse—a hint of country close to the city
Enjoy the cozy feel of a classic Georgia farmhouse. Set on the back of a long acre plot, our home is close enough to the city to have quick access to amenities but tucked away enough to feel rural. Take your morning coffee to the front porch swing, or enjoy an evening around the fire pit out back.
Upstairs is a master suite with a built-in desk and lots of closet space! The main floor offers an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with an attached half bath. Go through the barn door to the wing of the house and you will find two more spacious bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a large laundry room.
Drive 5 minutes either direction out of the driveway and you’ll hit a Publix and surrounding shopping areas. Sweetwater Creek State Park is only a few minutes farther with lovely hikes for any age group and experience level.
