Kitchen needs a few more serving bowls, linens, and cooking utensils. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean.

The host was very responsive to any problems we had on site and was able to accommodate for the issues. The house was very nice and my group and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was in an area where you’re close to everything. We were less than 20 minutes from any attraction we went to during our trip.

A very Home Away from Home place. Added items really helped make it a very relaxing stay. The extra touches you don't get anywhere else like shampoo, soap, and dishes. Then the decor was spot on all meshed together to make the relaxing feeling flow throughout the house. They are not throwing something together here they worked hard on having a relaxing wonderful experience.

This home was exactly as stated on the site. The home was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, both bathrooms had the rain shower heads which were awesome. I have no complaints. I would stay here again!!!!

Overall great stay. I will say the location feels a little sketchy, especially at night. But the area was quiet while we were there. The house looks exactly as it’s listed. We did have a small issue with bugs in the house but the host was very prompt and was able to get pest control out to spray the property ASAP. Otherwise, the interior was clean. I think the biggest thing for us was the responsiveness of the host.

Everything was really good for staying with our family. Only issue we had was nog enough dishes and utensils however we are not an average sized family. Over all great stay.

Everything in the house was great. Beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion is to add a few more cooking utensils. My family and i enjoyes our stay.

The setup was nice. The host responded immediately to the problems. There was no toaster. There was trash from previous guests under the bed. There was a bug problem which was addressed immediately. There was communal shampoo, soap, seasonings, coffee, creamer, and syrup which should not be. The dish liquid wouldn't clean the frying pan after five washes. Had to go out and buy some Dawn. The walls were filthy. Needs better paint on them. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom needs to be changed or washed. It looked like every previous guest showered with that curtain. There needs to be an additional rug or a shower mat placed in the upstairs bathroom. I almost fell. The backyard looks a mess. If these problems are taken care of, it would be nice place to stay.

Everything about this place was BEAUTIFUL! The pics told not one lie. Everything was exactly as pictured and the cleanest rental I’ve been in this far. The host was super responsive, so kind, and very patient. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. Neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. 10 out of 10 across the board!! I’d absolutely rent again.

Very updated and clean home! Overall had a good experience but some things were an inconvenience .. there were no cooking utensils, not even a spatula, there were 0 coffee cups, 0 hand towels for kitchen use, no sample packs of clothes washing powder for emergency use. the couch was so hard and had no back support, theatre couch was hard, and upstairs bed was hard. Also felt a little uneasy in the surrounding area pulling into the home, but it got better immediately around the house. Upstairs windows were unlocked when we got there which made me feel uncomfortable. But owner had great communication!

Great communication by the host. We had an issue with the air conditioning keeping up with the temperature outside. The host sent a technician the next day. We did however purchase box fans from the local Walmart to cool down the bedrooms. The grass and outside areas need maintained but the house itself was perfect for 5 adults. Plenty of room. Uber to the Braves game was about a 25 minute ride.
