Property was very nice, 5 of us had plenty of room. Home was stocked with everything we needed. Would change out the plastic wine glasses with new plastic ones as they were foggy and somewhat melted from dishwasher. Overall very enjoyable.

Excellent Family Vacay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect, property was very clean ans had everything we needed. The property management company was great, check in was super easy. We didn't want to leave but we will definitely be back!

No coffee pot! No communication.

All good. Except I asked management what kind of coffee maker was in the house. They responded that it was a drip style. So we bought that type of coffee and filters. When we got to the house we discovered that it was a Keurig. No problem, we went back to the store and bought some pods. In the morning we discovered that it was missing parts and not functional. We let them know every morning and no response. They ghosted us for the remainder of the trip. So we walked 3 blocks to 7-11 every morning and got coffee. It was a bad way to start every morning. Very poor communication!

Thank you for your feedback Randal, and we apologize for the miscommunication about the coffee maker. We understand how frustrating it must have been to go through that, especially after purchasing coffee and filters. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the Keurig and the lack of response from our team. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing this with the management team to improve communication in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to make it right if you choose to stay with us again.
