Affordable Ocean View Studio in the Center of Condado

Our apartment with 24-hour security is located within the heart of the Condado area right opposite of Marriott Hotel. The building has recently been completely remodeled, adding in commodities including a luxury lobby, library, and a swimming pool. It also has gym and laundry room for residents. The building is a 10-minute drive from San Juan International Airport and 5 minutes away from Old San Juan.

Taxis and public transportation are easily accessed in front of the building.

The apartment has a private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of both the Atlantic Ocean and the urban surrounding. The equipped kitchen can be used if you like to cook. Other amenities include a queen size bed, a full size sofa bed, air conditioning, cable TV, 47' TV, DVD player, and a stereo radio with CD player. This apartment is perfect for small families, honeymooners, and business travelers who want to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the Condado beaches.

Walking out from the building, it has everything you would want living downtown within 5 minute walking distance: such as a beautiful beach, local and international foods, a casino, bars, spas, public/private transportation services, a car rental company, bank, hospitals, drug stores, etc.

Great location

We really enjoyed this location. Beautiful view of the beach, and on a strip with plenty of restaurants and stores. The owners were great to work with and communication was easy if any questions arose. I highly recommend this property!!

San Juan exploring, launch point, excellent value

Property was clean, convenient, well stocked. We had everything that we needed for our stay. We were out most of the time exploring the island. When we came back we prepared simple meals and heated up restaurant leftovers. The location is convenient to restaurants. I enjoyed the pool

Perfect Location

The apartment was well stocked. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with the owners was easy and pleasant. The place is in the middle of the best part of Condado. We couldn’t have been happier with this spot.

Puerto Rico Getaway

We stayed at this property five years ago and loved it so much we stayed there again! It was just as great as the first time! It is located a short walk from the beach, near a lot of fun activities and is just a $7 Uber from Old San Juan! If you are looking for a great place to stay do not second guess and book this location!

Great location and nearby ammenities

The condo was clean, well stocked and a great location. Our only critique is the futon wasn’t very comfortable to sit on to watch tv and chill in the room.

Perfect spot to stay while in the city

This is our second time to stay in this condo! I love the location perfect spot for restaurants and beach. wonderful ocean view from our balcony on 10th floor. Pool very nice area to lay in sun or read a book. Excellent building clean and modern. Very comfortable space with everthing you need!

Great location

Host was great, answered all questions very quickly, very pleasant. Property very secure, by everything you may need. The only suggest I have is replace futon with a love sleeper. Thank you we had a great time.

Clean, Affordable Condo, Great Location!

Peter and Yifang are wonderful host. Very smooth and fast check-in. The condo was very clean, organize and the location is fantastic along Ashford Ave.where there's plenty of restaurants, shops, and casino. Very friendly and helpful security. Will book definitely book again.

22nd Anniversary

Property was ok, perfect amount of space for 2 people, looked exactly like the photos, was in walking distance to EVERYTHING!! Apartment was stocked with everything you need..sort of like a real home away from home. All appliances worked good..shower water was hot..you’ll definitely need a good hot shower after exploring Condado!!

Enjoyed my stay

The property was clean and well maintained, in a great location making it accessible to beach, restaurants and shopping. Felt safe. Unit could stand a little updating and the piece used to divide room made it difficult to watch tv from bed. Otherwise, it was good. Thank you to Peter and Eva who were excellent in communicating before arrival and during stay. Overall a grest experience and I would stay again.

Great Stay

Gals and Guys when I say this place is fantastic, that's a understatement.I really enjoyed myself the place is well kept, clean, and, near everything. If you need a cab just walk across the street to the Marriott which is literally 15 feet away. The beach is a 3 min walk. There are endless reaturants near you, less than a 5 min walk. When I go back I'm definitely staying here again an not to mention the price is fantastic. The view is great as well. It's very safe there is a security guard there around the clock. Not to mention Peter is great as well.

Wonderful Experience!

The experience at this rental was more than we expected. The owner was super friendly and offered great customer service. The apartment is equipped with all the basic essentials including extras like beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The air conditioner (important in the tropics) is great and the bed is really comfy :-) The beach is only a block away! The apartment is located in the very centric area of Condado close to restaurants and most historical and tourist sites of San Juan. Overall, it was a great experience :-)

Location was excellent

I do think this should be listed to accomadate four people. There is only one room and a futon. So if couples it provides no privacy at all. This should be listed for two people or one couple..... There is no dressers to put your clothes, the toiltet overflows, and basically very small and definately does not accomadate four people and only two if a couple.

A few complaints that others need to be aware of: we rented a car and there is no parking available, also the street is a main drag and Friday and Saturday nights the noises are deafening. At 1 am my husband went out and said “shut the f up” There is no insulation in the windows and the noises really carry.

Wrecked a scooter in Puerto Rico

The owner and facilitator were exceptionally responsive to our questions and needs. The building closed the hot tub and did not tell the owner so it was promptly removed from the listing as soon as I told them. I also ended up wrecking a scooter on our last day and had to go to the ER. Peter packed the rest of our stuff up and was very accommodating to my handicap needs. He even drove us to the airport! Great location!

Great condo with an amazing view!

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo! The view was great and the condo was a perfect amount of space for two people. I don't think it would be big enough for more than two people. It's a ten minute uber drive to old San Juan.The beach was a five minute walk and there were lots of places to eat and grocery stores within walking distance. The owners were also very considerate by leaving bug spray and beach chairs with an umbrella and beach towels for our use. The area is also pretty safe and there is 24 security. Only negative I have is that the used towels and wash clothes were not gathered during the duration of our stay. Other than that I'd definitely recommend this place!
