Affordable Ocean View Studio in the Center of Condado

Our apartment with 24-hour security is located within the heart of the Condado area right opposite of Marriott Hotel. The building has recently been completely remodeled, adding in commodities including a luxury lobby, library, and a swimming pool. It also has gym and laundry room for residents. The building is a 10-minute drive from San Juan International Airport and 5 minutes away from Old San Juan.

Taxis and public transportation are easily accessed in front of the building.

The apartment has a private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of both the Atlantic Ocean and the urban surrounding. The equipped kitchen can be used if you like to cook. Other amenities include a queen size bed, a full size sofa bed, air conditioning, cable TV, 47' TV, DVD player, and a stereo radio with CD player. This apartment is perfect for small families, honeymooners, and business travelers who want to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the Condado beaches.

Walking out from the building, it has everything you would want living downtown within 5 minute walking distance: such as a beautiful beach, local and international foods, a casino, bars, spas, public/private transportation services, a car rental company, bank, hospitals, drug stores, etc.

San Juan exploring, launch point, excellent value

Property was clean, convenient, well stocked. We had everything that we needed for our stay. We were out most of the time exploring the island. When we came back we prepared simple meals and heated up restaurant leftovers. The location is convenient to restaurants. I enjoyed the pool

Perfect Location

The apartment was well stocked. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with the owners was easy and pleasant. The place is in the middle of the best part of Condado. We couldn’t have been happier with this spot.

Puerto Rico Getaway

We stayed at this property five years ago and loved it so much we stayed there again! It was just as great as the first time! It is located a short walk from the beach, near a lot of fun activities and is just a $7 Uber from Old San Juan! If you are looking for a great place to stay do not second guess and book this location!

Great location

We really enjoyed this location. Beautiful view of the beach, and on a strip with plenty of restaurants and stores. The owners were great to work with and communication was easy if any questions arose. I highly recommend this property!!

Condado Puerto Rico

A few complaints that others need to be aware of: we rented a car and there is no parking available, also the street is a main drag and Friday and Saturday nights the noises are deafening. At 1 am my husband went out and said “shut the f up” There is no insulation in the windows and the noises really carry.

Wrecked a scooter in Puerto Rico

The owner and facilitator were exceptionally responsive to our questions and needs. The building closed the hot tub and did not tell the owner so it was promptly removed from the listing as soon as I told them. I also ended up wrecking a scooter on our last day and had to go to the ER. Peter packed the rest of our stuff up and was very accommodating to my handicap needs. He even drove us to the airport! Great location!

Great urban location with beach access

This apartment is in a great location if you want city life vibes plus walking distance to the beach. You can sit on the balcony with your breakfast and enjoy the ocean view or you can head across the street and walk to the beach. The apartment is perfect size for a couple. There is a small kitchen area. But with all of the restaurants within walking distance, who wants to cook? The host were fabulous when it came to communicating, check in was super easy, and they made sure to provide timely responses to my questions. It is best if you do not have a car because you need to park on the street and it can be hard to find free parking . Parking in a parking garage can get expensive. We had a rental car, but turned it in and decided to Uber everywhere.

The condo was clean, well stocked and a great location. Our only critique is the futon wasn’t very comfortable to sit on to watch tv and chill in the room.

22nd Anniversary

Property was ok, perfect amount of space for 2 people, looked exactly like the photos, was in walking distance to EVERYTHING!! Apartment was stocked with everything you need..sort of like a real home away from home. All appliances worked good..shower water was hot..you’ll definitely need a good hot shower after exploring Condado!!

Best location!!!!

Super convenient location. Very clean. Didn’t see any type of pesty bugs. I read reviews for some places about bugs so i looked through the reviews thoroughly and didn’t see any mentioning it here because it’s true. CLEAN. No need to pack beach towels they are provided. Was able to pack lighter. Coffee filters were provided, I bought coffee and brewed it a few times with no problem. Also used the blow dryer and the iron had no problems. All the lights and outlets worked. Air conditioner kept us cool when in the room. Shower/bath ran nice and hot. Felt very safe here. Nice pool area which has a bathroom which is super convenient. I can’t stress enough that this is exactly where you want to be. Everything is walking distance. I have no regrets and would definitely stay here again!!! I really appreciate the owners for keeping this place clean and for it serving it’s purpose perfectly. Great hosts

Location was excellent

I do think this should be listed to accomadate four people. There is only one room and a futon. So if couples it provides no privacy at all. This should be listed for two people or one couple..... There is no dressers to put your clothes, the toiltet overflows, and basically very small and definately does not accomadate four people and only two if a couple.

Perfect spot to stay while in the city

This is our second time to stay in this condo! I love the location perfect spot for restaurants and beach. wonderful ocean view from our balcony on 10th floor. Pool very nice area to lay in sun or read a book. Excellent building clean and modern. Very comfortable space with everthing you need!

Convenient to everywhere

This condo was so convenient to everywhere in the San Juan area. We walked most places or took a short uber ride. There are a multitude of restaurants all around it. The hosts were great, when I asked if there was a blender in the room they brought one before we checked in. They were so nice and responded promptly. The condo was also well stocked with everything we needed from a cooler to cooking items and toiletries. The only complaint I would have is honestly not their fault but one of the 2 elevators in the building was broken and that caused long waits every time we came in and out. We were told by another resident they were hoping to have it fixed in the next week or so. All in all we had a wonderful time and it was a very nice place to stay for the price!

Great Location, just a little noisy

Location and apt were a great fit. Just a walk across the street and you were at the beach. Also the apt had everything you need to get cozy. Also you could see the ocean from the balcony just like in the picture. So, for the most part I accept our stay. The only issue I saw was that the doors and windows to the balcony were old and loose. This meant that the sliding doors rattled when it got windy and also there was always some truck backing up to the hotels next door in the middle of the night and the loading /unloading and beeping could be heard pretty clearly through the not-so-insulated glass. If you are a heavy sleeper then probably not a problem but as I am a light sleeper, it did wake me up each night and the rattling scared my wife the first time it happened. Hopefully this helps prep you what you are in store for.
