Wonderful property with an incredible view of the ocean. Jo is a kind, responsive host. You can’t beat the access to Condado beach when you stay here. We spent every morning and uniform of our stay on the beach.Parking is an issue, there’s nothing really close. I recommend Ubering in and out. Air conditioning in the bedroom keeps it cool, but the living space can get pretty warm.Overall, our family loved the stay and will definitely consider staying with Jo again next time we visit.

We enjoyed this stay at Joe’s property. It was wonderful to look out and see the ocean. The apartment was very nice. It was clean. The only problem I found was that the air-conditioning in the living room was not working, but other than that it was good.

The livingroom had a temporary a/c that was broken by a prior renter. There is no permanent a/c in the livingroom. There are 2 fans, one on the ceiling and one standing. As advertized.

This home, the owner, its location and the gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean are a slice of perfection. The unit is wonderfully equipped with bedroom AC, a full kitchen, an incredible amount of towels (shower and beach), beach chairs and coolers. The location in Condado is ideal for convenience. Highly recommend a stay here— we’ll be back.

This was absolutely the perfect place! It was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed in a perfectly located spot walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants!!!! Jo was amazing and was there throughout our stay when or if we needed her! Cannot say enough about how perfect this place was - felt safe and listened to waves crash all night! Couldn’t have been better!

Our host, Jo, was very welcoming and delightful. The apartment was beautiful and has a spectacular ocean view, lots of space and very comfortable. We had a great time and so enjoyed the location, the neighborhood and the great strolls we took. A memorable holiday!

Beautiful condo, just like the photos, immaculatey kept with the most stunning beach front ocean views. This condo is located in the Condado area of San Juan with great retaurants and shops about a block away. Since it's on a side street that ends in the ocean, it's very quiet. We loved our stay and our, host, Jo, was helpful and welcoming. We visit San Juan about once a year and there is no doubt, after staying in so many places, that this is our favorite and we look forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The proximity of it to the beach was phenomenal, getting a taxi at the hotel next door was quite easy, and the availability of nearby restaurants made it to where we didn't need to go far to eat. Grocery stores were within a decent walking distance.The condo was every bit (and more) of what we anticipated. Look forward to staying here again.
