All Points North is a great home uniquely situated on 40 pristine acres. With a modern flair, this updated cottage makes for a pleasing rental experience. Situated on the lower end of the large property, the home has 2-bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and 2-bathrooms. Sleeps up to eight.

This property has many fantastic areas to explore and gorgeous views. Enjoy fresh air, clear blue skies, and nature at its best. End the day around the fire pit with the starry skies above. Both charcoal and gas grills are provided. It's a great location for winter cross-country and snowshoeing. Drive 6 miles to a great Lake Michigan beach within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and 7 miles to the Crystal Lake public beach. Interlochen Center for the Arts is 17 miles away.

This property is on the edge of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, which includes hiking trails, beaches, and great natural beauty. Head north 20 miles to climb the dunes! Have some old-fashioned fun at the Cherry Bowl Drive-In Theater (typically open May through October), only 2 miles away. Book a tubing or kayaking adventure at Riverside, just 4 miles away. In the winter, drive 17 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort.

A well-mannered dog is welcome. Owners, please clean up after pets. No cats.

What an amazing property, we were blown away by it's beauty and magic!! Highly recommend, couldn't get much better!!! The 40 acres was perfect for out dogs to get their wiggles out off leash before heading out to be on lead all day for excursions. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location.

We had a wonderful time. Great location. Close to several beaches along Lake Michigan. This property was perfect for our group of 7. Highly recommend.

Great location, great place

Stayed with two families (four adults, four kids - teens and preteens). Easy to check in, super clean, comfortable beds, all the amenities we needed. We didn't have time to explore the property, but the location is amazing. Really great home base for up north activities, would definitely stay again. Stars were unbelievable.

Family ski weekend

We picked this property as a home base for a ski weekend and it was perfect! The house is comfortable and has everything needed to be away from home. We loved the 40acres and took multiple snowshoe hikes as a family. When it was time to slow down and warm up the huge selection of games was a welcomed bonus! Looking forward to return visits!!

Great Cottage

This cottage was cute, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was a little farther from Crystal Mtn than we had hoped, but we still had a great time and appreciated the accommodations!

Family in for wedding

We were here while my partner and I got married! Our kids, my sister in law and we stayed here for a busy weekend and this place was great! Plenty of space for 5, room to roam

Very nice home to rent

Absolutely Delightful Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house comfortably accommodated our group of four adults and four young children. We loved eating out on the deck and ending every day with a fire in the fire pit. The hike to the top of the property was awesome; wonderful surprise at the top!! We prepared 25 meals during our 10-day stay, and the kitchen had everything required to make those meals. In fact, I had to rearrange some things to make room for the food! The air conditioner worked beautifully so everyone slept well. I have been on Platte Lake every summer for 65 years. It is the perfect location for access to all that the Leelenau Pennisula offers. My only suggestion: a later check out time would be nice. It was difficult to get everyone and everything up and out by 10 a.m. But that was a minor point, and I will not hesitate to rent APN again. We all loved it.

Nice house near Platte River

This house is in a great location near the Platte River and Sleeping Bear Lakeshore. The house was well stocked for cooking, eating, and drinking. The house had plenty of towels, firewood for fire pit as well as washer/dryer which was nice. Location was perfect as we were 5 minutes from Platte River, 20 minutes from Sleeping Bear Lakeshore Dune Climb, 10 minutes to Beulah which has a number of restaurants, 30 minutes from Glen Arbor. The house is set off the road so it feels secluded and slept 8 in beds. There are 4 beds that are up a steep staircase but a great place to put the kids during our stay. Beds on the main floor were extremely comfortable and plenty of seating for our party of 7. This property is not on the lake but we found many places to enjoy the water during our stay.

Very nice home, central to all the activities

Our family really enjoyed our stay at APN. The home had fun decor and was very clean. We were in town with extended family and the home was a great central location to all the fun in the surrounding area. We are frequent visitors to the area and can definitely say this home's location is in a great spot with the Cherry Bowl down the street, Riverside Canoes a few miles away, the dunes a short drive and all the cute towns surrounding it. The owner has clearly put a lot of care into restoring the home and we hope to return. Thanks for hosting us!

Great spot!

Overall, this place is great! Perfect location, clean, everything in working order as it should be. Only minor issue was communication with the host/rental company. It took some time getting a response back about being able to get into the place a few hours early. Very minor issue though.

The house was immaculate, thoughtfully decorated for a vacation feel, extra comfortable bed... the best we’ve had, and the customer service was fantastic. The property management staff was great when had a little difficulty with entry, and the owners were very fast to fix the minor issue. We would definitely stay again, and highly recommend. We would also like a California king in our own home now! Thank you for allowing pets.

Great House!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering! It is not only a beautiful place but it is by far one of the most well stocked houses we’ve rented. There were more than enough glasses and dishes but there was also everything we needed to cook amazing meals - plenty of pots, pans, bakeware and utensils. The wood burning stove was wonderful after a long day of skiing. We will definitely book this place again when we come to northern Michigan.

Great location and atmosphere

The cottage floor plan is open and spacious. It’s a great place to stay w two couples as there is a master bathroom and additional large bathroom just across from the other good size bedroom, with bedrooms on opposite side of the house. The wall of windows on the front of the house means excellent bright indirect light through the main living area all day long. Outdoor area w fire pit and grill is convenient, as is the fully stocked kitchen, everything you would need to cook great dinners and enjoy relaxing evenings after days hiking ,biking ,swimming ,fishing , boating on the numerous trails rivers and lakes all super close driving distance. Extra plus is several places to eat out w decent food and a grocery store under 20 mins away. We will definitely be back.
