Welcome to Tidal Times in the well known Pirate's Bay community in Port Aransas. This 3BR/2BA condo sleeps 10 comfortably and comes well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a great beach vacation. Tidal Times is located near the main pool and playscape at Pirate's Bay, well known for its great location and pools. Right off Hwy 361 in Port A, you are about 5 blocks to the beach and only blocks to dining, shopping, entertaining and live music. No Smoking. Pets considered w/fee. COPASTR: 514-304

Whether you come into Port A by bridge or ferry, Tidal Times' location is hard to beat. Right off of Hwy 361, you are close to everything, yet tucked away perfectly to enjoy the community amenities of 2 beautiful pools, a playscape, and an unforgettable sunset! You will be just 2-3 blocks from restaurants, convenience stores, shopping boutiques, beach rentals, live music, bars, and most everything Port A offers.

Tidal Times has 2 assigned parking spots directly in front of the condo and gate. A few visitor spots throughout the community are shared with all of the Pirate's Bay condos. (No boat parking is allowed).

Tidal Times is also just steps away from the community pool area, including a charcoal grill for community use and a playscape if you bring some littles.

Going through the gate at Tidal Times, you are welcomed with a private sidewalk and breezeway equipped with outdoor TV and living space. Party lights are on for your enjoyment!

Walking through the breezeway towards the backyard space, you'll also have an outdoor shower to rinse the sand before entering the condo. The backyard offers a bar and dining area for coffee or happy hour! Super cute and fun outdoor space.

Walk into an oversized living area with a sleeper sofa, a love seat, side and coffee tables, and a large flat-screen TV. This area is perfect for relaxing after a fun day of beaching, fishing, and exploring Port Aransas!

The kitchen has pots, pans, serving, prepping, and eating supplies and utensils. We've tried to think of everything you'll need to feed your family and friends well while at Tidal Times! The kitchen is open to the living and dining space, which consists of a dining table, seating, and bar stools.

The king primary suite is at one end of the condo (most people call it a split floor plan or mother-in-law plan), along with a private door out to the breezeway. The king primary suite has a large flat-screen TV, a private bath with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks/vanities, and a large walk-in closet.

Back through the living and dining space at Tidal Times, in the hallway, is a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. We don't recommend ironing on vacation, but if you need to, there is also a small ironing board and iron in the laundry room area.

The 2nd bedroom at Tidal Times has 2 bunk beds (twin over twin). This fun room also has a flat-screen TV.

Tidal Times has a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combo.

The 3rd bedroom at Tidal Times offers a queen size bed, a full-size closet, and a large flat-screen TV.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
