Guest access
Guests will have access to the full home outside of a few locked closets and the garage. The two indoor fireplaces will remain off limits; however, the outdoor fire pit will be open for guest use.
Other things to note:
There are floating stairs from the main floor to the 2nd floor. Please keep this in mind if traveling with small children.
We have close neighbors (with a little one) and must emphasize the importance of noise control. Due to this, we ask that the roof top deck space/hot tub not be used after 10 pm. There is a wonderful outdoor entertaining space on the main floor that can be used after dark with the exception of loud music/elevated noise.
There is a carriage house on the front of the property that is currently used for owner storage.
When not rented, there is a small dog on premise part-time (noted for those with severe allergies.
Calendar changes regularly so please reach out if your dates are not available.
