Fully remodeled in October 2023, this custom built, detailed, upscale condo 209 welcomes you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This second-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV. Parking is on property and free.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

The apartment is fully equipped—it even has snorkeling gear and beach chairs! We saw the most beautiful sunsets, and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. The stay was absolutely perfect, even considering our bad luck with Hurricane Lala closing all the trails. Thank you so much, Joe!

Do yourself a favor and book this beautiful condo. The location, views ( the best sunset during my stay in Maui was here), cleanliness, handy items in the condo (towels, beach chairs, and plenty kitchen wear) were perfect. Add the modern-yet-homey beach decor and this stay was easily one of the highlights of my vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo has a beautiful ocean front view and there is a beach right in front that is good for taking walks in the mornings and evenings. The condo is in a great location with lots of beaches, stores and restaurants all within a short drive. We arrived early afternoon and Joe was very accommodating and let us check in early since the room was ready. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We loved having the beach in our backyard, just a few steps away. Foodland poke bowls on the balcony with sunset views did not disappoint! Already thinking about rebooking for next year.

The space and view are perfect! Loved being right on the beach with a pool. AC, nice kitchen, comfy pull out sofa. I would absolutely recommend this stay for others and want to come back!

Amazing location! This home was great. Comfy king bed and pillows, stocked with everything you could need. Amazing views and the best sunsets. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. Zero complaints. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rental was exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean, thoughtfully well stocked, and very comfortable, which made settling in easy from the moment we arrived.The location was another big highlight—centrally located and convenient to everything we needed, whether we were heading out for activities or just grabbing essentials nearby.The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
