The split floorplan provides maximum privacy with the master bedroom, ensuite, and walk-in closet on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house with a shared bathroom and hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with your comfort in mind along with luxurious sheets and linens.
Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom and has a King bed, Smart TV, and an additional futon that converts to sleeping for larger groups.
Bedroom #2 has one King bed and a Smart TV.
Bedroom #3 has two Queen Beds and a Smart TV.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
*Vehicle is left in the garage and Bicycles are not available for use

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
