Great home, wonderful area and neighbors, but house needs some work.

Thanks to Maria and Igor. Great dock, wonderful view, very friendly local neighbors who welcomed us and made the stay one of the best ever!! House has beach chairs, cooler and two stand-up paddle boards. Leftover coffee saved us on the first morning. Patrick Helpful property managers, who provided much needed assistance when my daughter was sick and helped us find a boat to rent. The place is well equipped, but is old and needs to be updated, including appliances, furniture, beds and utensils. There were no beach towels. One of the bathrooms didn't appear fully cleaned and there was dirt found in a kitchen cabinet. Washing machine only - no dryer. The mattress in the master bedroom was small and very uncomfortable. There is no key or FOB for the gate, so you have to honk to get the gate opened - we had to wait five minutes several times. Igor and Maria were both excellent and attentive hosts and were both very accessible through WhatsApp - having WhatsApp is a must for renting this house. I would rent it again if it had new beds and more reliable Internet.

Condomínio e casa lindíssimos, proprietária e caseiros super simpáticos e atenciosos para todas as solicitações e dúvidas. Acordar nessa casa é paisagem digna de filmes, com o mar à sua porta. Enfim, só elogios para a estadia que passei com minha família. RECOMENDADÍSSIMO.

Linda praia de aguas calmas e cristalinas, perfeito para crianças. O condomínio é uma delicia com famílias muito simpáticas. O píer do condomínio muito bom. A casa tem um ótimo custo beneficio e a proprietária muito prática e prestativa. Obrigada! Fomos com crianças pequenas de 0 a 4 anos e tudo tranquilo, riscos gerenciáveis e praia perfeita para elas. Muito próximo de paraísos náuticos da baia de Angra: Ilha da Gipoia, praia do dentista, Botinas, etc etc etc. Paraiso!! Final de semana maravilhoso!

Excedeu nossas expectativas! O imóvel é excelente e quando chegamos estava tudo em perdeito estado. Muito mais bonito que nas fotos. A casa possui todos os utensílios. Estamos muito satisfeitos voltaremos em breve!
