Great Family Vacation

Having a pool was so much fun and the elevator was such an added bonus.Garden City Realty answered my questions quickly and were always very helpful.

The two living spaces allowed the kids to be in one area and the adults to be in another. The rooms each had a bathroom which was a game changer for our vacation. The pool was perfect! We loved it!

Fun at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Dream Inn worked very well for our large family. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. I also liked that it had two sitting areas, one downstairs next to the pool and the other upstairs by the kitchen. It gave people space to spread out. The location was great being about 2 blocks from the beach. There are some signs of wear and tear. Overall, though a very nice place. The only other comment would be that there were no beach towels. That was probably stated in the listing and I just missed it. However, I definitely would have appreciated having that information before arrival. Overall a wonderful stay!

Pleasant stay at the Inn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was nice and met our needs. The kitchen could use a few more items, for example we had to purchase a frying pan and a spatula to use for the week. Also, we were a little sad about the size of the pool. As a family we like to play games like water volleyball, but the pool for this home was a bit small for those types of activities. With this being said the kids loved having a place to splash around and we still made great use of our pool! Our last wish was that there was a sidewalk leading to the beach to walk safely, but cars were accommodating to us as we went to and from the beach.

Excellent Beach Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at this rental home.We had 13 in our party and because of the spaciousness of the home we never felt crowded. It's well appointed, well, furnished, the pool was awesome and it's a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable with excellent linens. Everything was as advertised. The communication from Garden City Realty was outstanding throughout. We would definitely stay here again.
