JUSTE rénové !! Nous avons entièrement rénové cet appartement ...
C'est au coeur du village et du port. Nous avons entièrement rénové la cuisine avec de nouveaux comptoirs en quartz, un évier en acier inoxydable sous le bâti, un tout nouveau lave-vaisselle et des plaques de cuisson en verre, ainsi qu'un nouveau plancher en planches de bois !! Nous avons gardé une partie du charme du chalet et ajouté des améliorations charmantes qui rendent notre location si souhaitable!

Sortez votre porte à tous les meilleurs magasins, restaurants, canotage, exploration et tous les quais et visites du port.

L'appartement a une chambre avec lits queen size, 2e avec lit pleine taille et 3e chambre avec un lit jumeau XL et un lit pliant. Le salon principal est ouvert avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine équipée entièrement rénovée. C'est un logement parfait pour une famille ou plusieurs couples. Câble, Internet et laveuse et sécheuse inclus. Parking à 1 1/2 pâtés de maisons. Parking deux heures devant notre immeuble.

Juste devant votre porte, il y a des visites d'observation des baleines, la location de kayaks et de planches à pagaie, des excursions de phoques et de macareux, de la voile ou une journée d'apprentissage du transport du homard. Un court trajet vous amènera aux spectaculaires jardins botaniques côtiers du Maine ou une partie de golf au Boothbay Harbor Golf Club qui a récemment été rénové pour devenir un parcours de destination dans le Maine.

We really enjoyed our stay at In the Heart of the Village. It truly was in the middle of everything. Everything you need to be comfortable. Red cup coffee just steps away for coffee and breakfast. Ports Of Italy for dinner just a few more feet down the street. The bay across the street. Be aware that there are a short flight of very steep stairs to get into the house but everything is on one level after that. Def worth the stay.

the location is perfect - right in middle of harbor and everything is in walking distance. No parking provided so that is a problem in BBH. Unit is very funky and floors are not level so it is interesting to walk around in. Nice to have an full kitchen.

Outside and entrance looked a little shaky but the inside was very nice ,especially for an older property . It had a lot of charm.I felt like the parking could have been explained a little better.Only complaint was that some of the light bulbs were out .We will probably return next year if it is availably.

Excellent location, close by everything. Hosts were lovely. Only drawback was parking. I prefer to arrive at destination and walk . We had to move car every morning. Totally doable but it was not always convenient.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in the "Heart of the Village." We were there for nearly 2 weeks, and it truly felt like a home away from home! There was so much space for our family of 4 (2 little ones) and a dog. Everything was clean, and Patty literally thought of every detail. The space is beautifully decorated, but not in a way that I was afraid to have two little ones run around and play.The AC units in the room worked fabulously, and we were very thankful for them during the "heat wave" Maine was experiencing while we were there. There were also ceiling and plug in fans available.The location seriously cannot be beat!! I grew up coming to Boothbay Harbor as a child. My grandparents had a house right on the edge of town, so we were used to walking to and from everything in town. This VRBO was even easier, because we were already in the middle of everything. Literally 3 coffee shops within like a 5 minute walk (huge win for me!) Do be aware that because of the location in the heart of the little town, there is not parking included on site. Patty and the Boothbay Harbor Chamber of Commerce were very helpful resources for parking. Try to sort it out well enough in advance if you are visiting in the summer. There are several private lots that only cost 10/day if you book ahead of time/there is availability.Patty was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process! If you stay here, you will not regret it!

Cute apartment in the heart of Boothbay Harbor

Our family had a fantastic vacation in Boothbay Harbor. This is a newly remodeled apartment that is clean and well appointed. It's cozy and was perfect for us. The new beds were very comfortable. The location could not be better. Just step outside and you are right in the heart of the village. Patty is the best host. She was available and communicative and made everything so easy. She gave great tips about what to do in town and where to eat. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay!

Perfect. Great location in the middle of everything. Three little bedrooms and a cozy living and dining room, all decorated in nautical decor. Huge TV and games in case the weather turns foul. Great washer and dryer.
