Main Floor:

• Family room: Open concept living space leading into kitchen with leather couch with views of the front yard, Flat screen smart TV, dinning space, Board games, & 2 story stacked stone Electric fireplace.

• Kitchen: newly remodeled premium kitchen with stainless steel appliances with coffee bar and all the cooking essentials required to make a family meal!

• Bedroom 1: Cozy Queen bed with flat screen mounted Smart TV, attached ensuite bathroom and ceiling fan and plenty of storage w/ closet

• Bathroom 1: Full Private attached bathroom with single vanity, and tub/shower combo

• Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed with mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet and clothing storage

• Bathroom 2: Main level full bathroom with tub/shower combo

Downstairs:

• Living space: Couch (sleeper sofa) and loveseat with flatscreen smart TV and foosball table as well as books and access to the hot tub!

• Bedroom 3: Premium King size bed with rustic décor, a mounted smart screen TV, ceiling fan, and dresser for storage

• Bathroom 3: Brand new remodeled full bathroom with premium stone walled shower.

Outdoors:

• Deck: Large wrap around deck with outdoor Dining with covered deck and porch swing. Hot tub located on lower deck with outdoor shower and forest views! String lights create an excellent spot to relax after a long day! Also with a propane grill, premium Adirondack chairs and cornhole!

• Backyard: Large wooded backyard which leads to small creek! This attracts local wildlife so you are almost guaranteed to see deer and more! Also a private custom firepit that is creek-side as well, with plenty of seating including a chair swing. Listen to the sound of nature of the stream under the stars and roast some S'mores w/ family or friends!

• Font yard: Fenced in front and side yard, great for your furry friends to sniff around and explore safely!

• Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. We just ask no more than 2 dogs w/out approval.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the woods of a large nature reserve, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.

• Location is important in the mountains! The major cell phone carriers have no issue with phone signal.

• Located in a gated community (Coosawattee River Resort) with 24/7 security so safety is of no concern.

• There are many entrances to our resort community, but ours is located near the closest entrance for easy access to all the activities, orchards, vineyards, hiking trails, shopping, and local restaurants

• All roads leading to us are paved roads and well maintained so no narrow gravel paths , any car can get you here. Our driveway has a semi steep decline but fully paved. We are also only a few minutes from all the best restaurants and shops in the area!

Neighborhood:

The Property is in Coosawatte River Resort which is a 5,500 acre, gated community and nature preserve in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains in Ellijay, GA. Ellijay is the Apple and Mountain bike capital of Georgia with endless activities to enjoy! We are also located near many national forest preserves as well! Many deer call the this neighborhood home and I can almost guarantee you will see them in their natural habitat each day!

It also offers many amenities for free! Your Stay includes access to all 5 parks, access to the River tubing (tube not included) and rope swing, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, fishing pond (No License required), Fenced in Doggy park area (Large and Small dog separation). We are a dog friendly property so furry friends are welcome!

There are also a number of paid amenities but your stay includes 8 free passes for your entire stay! Amenities include an Indoor (heated pool)/outdoor pools, mini golf (Putt putt) , pickle-ball, basketball and tennis courts, workout room (weights, exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill), and arcade w/ pool table, ping pong, air hockey and arcade games. I would recommend a day at the pool followed by a round of mini golf in the early evening! Please leave passes when you check out otherwise there is a $100 replacement fee.
