Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Moorings is recovering fast after Hurricane Ian. Although work continues on the first floor units damaged by the hurricane this is well managed and not intrusive. 2nd floor units are functioning normally. The beautiful gardens were hit hard but many large native trees survived and everything is tidy with signs of new growth emerging. The beach is idyllic with more shells than ever and masses of birds.and passing dolphins.All members of staff; office, maintenance, housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Unit #812 - Great Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit #812 for 1 week and our time there was fantastic. This second floor unit overlooks the courtyard area with views of large mature trees and flowering bushes. It's about a 3-minute walk to the beach, and the property provides a large supply of beach chairs and umbrellas (first come, first served). We especially liked the screened in porch which we used daily for eating and enjoying the wonderful weather. The unit is in good condition with nice (upgraded?) bathrooms. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the AC works great. The kitchen is well equipped with basic cook ware and plates, utensils, etc. The property charges for beach towel rentals, so consider bringing your own. Towel/laundry service is on request and is easy/convenient to pick up near the office. Our staff interaction was minimal but those interactions were friendly and efficient. Also, we had a late arrival (let them know in advance) but the keys and welcome pack are available in a lock box by the office. Overall, this is a wonderful unit and great property. We've stayed here 3-4 times for vacation over the past 15 years and never disappointed!

It is on a beautiful beach and the grounds are so pretty - the landscaping is lovely and there are lots of places to sit with a book or a friend. This particular unit was perfect - clean and fresh and convenient to everything.

We love both the location of the resort (being just a short distance from the causeway) as well as the unit itself (courtyard view, close to the gas grill, the laundry, and only a few steps from the beach). The staff is super attentive to any needs and wants to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We did.

Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable apartment with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Two sinks in the master bath is a real asset. Furniture comfortable. Definitely above standard.

SOME THINGS COULD BE BETTER

I wish I could do better rating because the location and because this condo is a very nice one but unfortunately there are issues that make you feel unsatisfied - Master mattress it self it’s very confortable BUT BED FRAME NOISY AS HELL, I couldn’t even turn around because the squeaky metal couldn’t even sleep well - some kitchen utensils were all rusted, I reported but it was not taken care and I brought them to the office when checked out so they could get rid of them and replace - kitchen faucet hard to stopped from dripping water They really need to take care of these very squeaky noisy master bed
