We recently stayed at this home in Hilton Head for a girls' weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained—exactly as described (if not better) in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a private shaded pool. Good house for extended family

Overall the house worked great for our family of 16. We had 2 that needed cribs and the house had 2 cribs and pack n play plus high chair. The bunks also worked well for the older kids. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools like insta pot and pots/blenders etc. We comfortably parked 4 cars(2 in garage and 2 in driveway). The location is great as it is walking distance to the beach. The pool was used every day! Also the owner was quick to respond to messages. The elevator is a great idea but it can get stuck if you are not super careful about closing the screen.

This home was wonderful. It was perfect for our family ..we had 12 adults and 2 toddlers and we loved everything about it. Very clean..the kitchen was perfect, we had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the closeness to the beach, the pool was great. Highly recommend this property. Whenever we had questions or needed anything Ted responded right way. Would love to come back sometime!

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient home!

This was a holiday trip for our kids and grandkids to be near and visit with our kids that live in Bluffton. This home is very clean and beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable furniture! It is in a close walking distance to the beach. The heated pool was quite the hit for our grandchildren. There kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed cooking and serving pieces. I would definitely recommend this space for any large family vacation!

Loved this home. We had grandchildren from ages 8 mos to 15 + 7 adults. House was lovely, clean and had all the necessities we needed. The host was great answering our questions about places to eat and some other questions we had. Loved the neighborhood and great location. The walk to the beach was about 8-10 minutes on a paved and shady path. This home exceeded our expectations. Loved it

Girl's trip get-away!

My sorority sisters enjoyed a lovely time at this large/new home! Six women could easily gather around the kitchen counter, the dining table, & hang in the family room together (8 would fit comfortably too). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the decor was warm & welcoming. Ted & Rebecca offered the information we needed quickly, and check-out was easy! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Overall stay was good. Too many insects in the house (cockroaches, spiders, and other bugs). Second floor balcony/porch had several wasp nest with wasp so made sitting out there impossible. Wife and grandson got bit by spiders. Garage door opener code from outside the garage did not work until it was fixed on day three. The pool heater did not work so cold until it was fixed day two.

Perfect house for family

The house was truly amazing! I can’t say enough about the home. It’s location, the rooms, the layout, the pool… it has it all! Our checkin process was a bit of a nightmare with little kids which is not necessarily the owners fault but it was extremely frustrating. The check in was at 4, we got to the home around 330 and saw the cleaners were still there. We returned around 430 and the cleaner said she still needed an hour. After traveling 5 hours with young children it was not ideal. We entered the home around 630. (We ended up eating dinner out which wasn’t on the agenda). When we put our stuff in the elevator to bring it up, my 5 year old daughter shut the door behind me by accident. We have an elevator & when this happens there is a simple “override” in order to re-access… however, it was screwed shut which meant we couldn’t access the elevator for the remainder of our stay. God forbid a kid was locked inside or we left belongings, we wouldn’t be able to access. The owner didn’t seem to care about this inconvenience or offer to help. Nor did the difficult check in seem to effect him. I would also say, bring your own soap, it is not well stocked. The dish washer had dirty dishes we had to run & then put away. There was a pile of towels in the laundry room, we weren’t sure if they were clean or dirty so we didn’t touch them. You’ll need to supply your own tv entertainment, none of the channels were accessible unless you log in yourself.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. We love to sit on the deck in the mornings, watching the various wildlife on the lagoon and watching the sun rise. It's a short walk down a tree lined paved path to the beach. And from the top floor you can see the ocean.
