Girls trip 2025

We were looking for a adventure area. Close and convenient to the red River gorge area. Well stocked house in a quiet little town. Grocery store and a Walgreens within walking distance. We would totally stay here again. Thank you.

House was as described the only things was the cleaning. Floors were dirty, counters needed to be washed down and refrigerator/freezer needed a good cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the house was as described, but we’re truly sorry the cleaning wasn’t up to our usual standards. We’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team to make sure the floors, counters, and refrigerator get the attention they need moving forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back for a much smoother stay with RRG Getaways.

It was listed as having two single beds in one of the rooms, it didn't, so we were short a bed. Also the two air mattresses listed were junk, they wouldn't hold air, so people had to sleep on floor. It was a clean and spacious house though

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found Casa Alegre clean and spacious. We’re sorry for the frustration with the air mattresses and will be checking them to ensure they’re in good condition. For clarity, the listing notes two queens, one double bed, and two twin mattresses, which is accurate, though we understand this may have caused some confusion. We’ll review how this is presented to make sure it’s as clear as possible for future guests. We’d love the chance to host you again with RRG Getaways.

Nice but slightly disappointed

When we got to the place we were thought the place was very nice very clean. However, there isnt a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. We had a large group of people and when we found out there were two less beds than what we were planning on. When i messaged the host they responded very quickly. They told me there were two twin air mattresses in the closet and we were relieved. When it came to the next morning both air mattresses were deflated. We consistently tried blowing up them up but they couldn't hold air. Overall, the place was quite beautiful just wish the housing portion had more.
