Beautiful place. Set up is great for 3 couples. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor deck but the living room space had a great view from the big windows and sliders. It was really cozy sitting by the fireplace. The kitchen was set up great to do all our cooking. Finally, it was a quick trip to Grand Marais.

There were so many things we loved and appreciated about the property, including:The incredible view and cozy locationThe many large windows that let in so much lightThe convenient floor plan and layoutHaving a washer and dryer and the fireplaceThe kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and servingSmall touches like the bedroom charging stations, plentiful tissues, and shower dispensersEverything was clean and spotless. The host was pleasant and responsive. The checkout instructions were clear and simple. Pretty sure we'll be coming back.

We loved our stay … our granddaughters were thrilled with the under stairs hideaway…The bed were amazing!The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. A short drive into Grand Marais to explore. We can’t wait to stay here again !

Amazing Vacation Spot

Such a great place to get away from it all for a week! The location was absolutely beautiful and the cabin had all the amenities you would want. The check-in process was simple due to excellent communication with the owners. Only about five minutes from downtown Grand Marais but was still nestled away in the woods. We will definitely be back!

Winter retreat

Very nice, clean, and bright vacation spot. Enjoyed the wooded secluded location. We made good use of the kitchen. Great location, close to XC ski spots and Grand Marais. We were snowed in (couldn't get back up the driveway) for a bit due to the heavy snow.

Beautiful house.Worked perfect for quick family trip with 2 kids and Grandma. Great accommodations with comfortable beds and cold a/c in the rooms. Video games kept kids and dad occupied. Short drive from downtown Grand Marais.Outside was a little overgrown leaving the space feeling not as appealing.

Cozy escape

Our group had ages ranging from 70 to 7 and we all had an amazing time on this property! It was in a very convenient location with easy access to both Grand Marais and Lusten. If you decided to hunker down and spend your entire stay in this cabin it's incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and has beautiful scenery right outside your windows. We cannot wait to come back to this area soon!
